This CVS has a bad rap. The pharmacy staff is very nice. I just feel it has a real hard time getting certain prescriptions. I've been waiting for two month for a medication and I just wish they'd tell me they couldn't get what I needed and it wasn't going to ever come in. But that's not the staffs fault. These digital prescriptions have made it really hard to get the scrip back and go someplace else.

I literally got a text message saying that my prescription is ready. I wait in the drive thru for over 15 minutes only to find out that out in en route and currently out of stock. Wasted my time.

The older guy who works graveyard is the RUDEST person I have ever encountered at a store. He was yelling something from across the store. I couldn't hear him. Because of how far away he was but also because he had a mouth full of food. He got super nasty and angry because I said I had to come closer because I couldn't hear him. I feel bad leaving this because everyone else has been really helpful but I frequent this place late usually while he's working. Even though he's alway been grumpy this was the first time he was this horrible. How does he have a job?!

I came into this location as what I wanted was in stock on their app. I walked over to where it would be and couldn't find it, so I proceeded to walk down every aisle in the section and still couldn't find it. And granted I did this twice as I thought maybe I missed it the first time, no.. it was nowhere in the store where I could find it to the visible eye. I then finally found an employee on the floor stocking some items so I walked to her for help and she told me she came from another store and couldn't help me and to walk up front to ask for help. So I got in line and a young man looked it up via the store phone and found that it was located on an end cap that was being blocked by some chairs. So if people were in those chairs I would have never thought to look behind them to see if there were products sold there. Im just glad I was able to get the item, even looking lost in the store for ten minutes to find out one employee couldn't help me and the one that did was super friendly about it. Also get a cvs card and download the app to add your coupons and reward bucks to it, I got $3 off which isn't much but it saved me some cash so I'll take it.

I have been going to this location for 12 years and I am upset enough to leave this review as I sit in front of the store! I made my purchase that came out to $35.03. All I had was a $100 bill accidentally leaving my cards at home when I cleaned my purse. As I handed it to Ron he made a comment "All you people come in here at night and take all my money that I can't give others change." I told him this is all I have. His response ," That's what they all say." He pulls the money out of the drawer and makes a pile consisting of one $20 and two $10 bills; lays out a pile of four $5 bills and one with four $1 bills. Never picks them up to hand them to me, so I had to pick them up off the counter myself as he said "There goes all the change for other people." I don't appreciate someone trying to guilt me into changing my form of payment. Maybe it's time he retires.

This CVS is always clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Not sure why the low ratings but I have been coming here forever and have never had a bad experience.

My personal recommendation is NEVER use this pharmacy unless you have to. This pharmacy has consistently made mistakes on my prescriptions with very poor customer service to the point that they always blame the customer - me. Unfortunately CVS is the only pharmacy that is in my insurance network. After the last mistake where CVS lost my prescription, I decided to go outside my network and pay more $ just so I don't have to deal with them anymore. My hope is that by taking the time to leave a poor review will help future pharmacy customers...

Why is the cashier Ron so hateful? Hurt my feelings, I was just trying to be nice He was very mad that I didn't want to interrupt him at the register when he looked busy and was just really rude to me for no reason, making rude comments and rolling his eyes at me. He was even mad that I'd never been to this specific CVS before as if that's a crime. Just made me feel really stupid and embarrassed just for trying to be nice to him. I work customer service too and I know it can be rough, but there's no reason to treat people the way he does.

Sat night, just left the urgent care with my toddler and I had the worse customer service ai could get from a pharmac! they lost the prescription! yes! they lost it! they said they saw it but "something" happened to their system that made the prescription disappear! Aff... UNBELIEVABLE!!!

The service here was trash today !! I went in at 6:42 am to see if I can get a transaction done. The old man in the front was rude from the get ! Asking "do you need some help" with attitude.. then i told him I need a transaction done he stated he wasn't able to do it until after 7 am so I said okay cool I'll wait. I waited around went back in at 7:01.. he looked at me and said "I still can't do it. I ain't the one." Really ? He really could've have told me he wasn't going to do it from the get one and two if he didn't want to do it he could have said that never ever coming to this location other than the drive through pharmacy.

100% the worst pharmacy. Employees are rude and service is slow. Unfortunately, it's the only 24hr pharmacy in the area so stuck going here.

The reviews for this place are so bad. I can only speak for my experience picking up prescriptions in the drive-thru, but it's been just fine. You call ahead and the prescription's ready in an hour. The drive-thru line does get backed up at times, but usually moves quickly enough, and I have no complaints about the service I've gotten from any of the pharmacists. It's nothing to write home about but has always met my expectations.

I would leave no stars as the pharmacy never answers their phone, would wait over 30 mins for someone to pick up multiple times and nothing. I would call the front of the store and their response was yes there is someone there, so why aren't they answering. Maybe it's not their fault under staff who knows but this happens every time .

This CVS is the worse pharmacy I've ever dealt with. They have not answered the phone the last 5 times I've called. The last time I called I was on hold for 37 minutes and still no answer. There's no excuse for this. I WILL MOVE ALM OF OUR PRESCRIPTIONS ELSEWHERE! I hope corporate reads these reviews.

This has no reflection on the one good pharmacist working the late night shift! He was amazing! He alone would get 5 stars! Omgsh! Sadly, this is the only 24 hour pharmacy in this area! After spending several hours at the ER with my daughter... I really was hoping for a quick fill to get these antibiotics home to my daughter! I got to the pharmacy & saw the pharmacist on a computer at the window. He wasn't busy w a customer, so I asked if the prescription, which had been called in by the ER Dr, would be waiting or did we have to notify them? The gentleman attempted to look it up but said he didn't have access to the info. He suggested I get in line, which I did. I watched as this pharmacist walked out of the store, leaving the other pharmacist and two other employees (one of which disappeared) The line had grown longer by now.. I was called up to the older lady & I asked the same question. She told me I needed my daughters insurance info. I told her I could pay for it & my daughter could be reimbursed. She said they need the insurance either way. I had my very ill daughter text me copies of her insurance cards. I got the info & the older woman told me she can't do anything to help me! She directed me to get in another line! Omgsh! I asked her why I could go to Ralph's pharmacy with the same scenario & they have it waiting? She told me, "Look, I am very tired. And we have had a long day here working & this is how we do it here at CVS." I replied that I had been in the ER w my daughter all day & we are all stressed & tired but she should do her job. She told me all she does it take payment! This is ridiculous! She told me I have to wait in the (now very long) line! I get behind everyone that I WAS in front of when this whole thing started! The folks in line were so awesome, gave me thumbs up & agreed that this CVS is not a fun place to be! In fact, 3 of 4 of us all had been at Henry Mayo ER that day! Lol! We all had matching badges! The sweet girl next up in line told me to come & get in line ahead of her since I was there before any of them. I thanked her & the others! The pharmacist was a super nice gentleman who was working his tail off as fast as possible! There was a birthdate discrepancy on the insurance card & what the hospital gave, so I wound up paying full price anyhow! He explained that they would refund me within several days. I didn't care.... Just wanted to get back to my sick daughter! Bottom line: 1) The older woman needs to retire! 2) CVS needs to spend some $$ to get more help before they kill the one good pharmacist they have! 4) CVS needs to put new flooring/carpet in and get rid of the duct tape holding it together behind the counter in the pharmacy area! They need that one good pharmacist safe! Praying for good health & another 24 hour pharmacy!
