I have sent 2 important packages from this location and neither item made it to its destination with no explanation as to why. First was a work-related document, second was an electronic item return that arrived at its destination with nothing in the box. Highly suspicious as this has never occurred during my lifetime. One time is an anomaly, 2 times in less than a year leads me to believe something nefarious, arguably illegal, is happening at this location.

I went and completely clueless as to how to return some thing from online and the owner of the store was so helpful and kind. definitely a great place to go. I know my parents have trusted him for years and years!

I needed a notary and I found this place. The notary was actually on his way out, but he offered to wait for me which was great! I was able to complete my transaction. They were very nice and professional.

I went here for a quick life scan and the service was excellent. The whole process was about 10 minutes and the gentleman who facilitated the visit was such a professional. The office has a nice verity of supplies and many different methods you can ship with. I want to help small businesses s I will be going here for all my packaging and mailing needs.

Overcharged me $45 compare to the USPS office. Bad customer service, unprofessional, no paperwork or tracking number given for the parcel, they text you paperwork later. The man at the counter yelled at me when I called the following morning asking about the tracking number. And after all that they still could not ship my parcel. I had to come back the next day to take my parcel to the USPS office where paid $45 less, was provided with all the paperwork and tracking number and everything took 10 minutes.

Living in SC makes it hard to find a mailing location nearby, but Canyon Mail & More made it extremely easy for me to return my Amazon rental books. They were very helpful and nice. I recommend coming here!

The owner is very friendly and welcoming, and super patient! So definitely great customer service. Great local family owned business you should go support if you have mailing or shipping needs.
