“Jasmine and Norah were so welcoming and nice. Jasmine gave us a beautiful tour of the complex and answered all of our questions. Whatever we wanted to see Jasmine would immediately take us to show us and made sure all of our curiosities were met. When it came down to our decision (which was an immediate yes) they made sure to help us all the way through. The apartment itself was amazing but the service was a plus which finalized our decision.”

“The apt I have is very nice .I live on the 4th floor. Their are elevators. We have a heated pool and hot tub . Activity room has shuffle board and pool table. Large TV.Maintenance has always addressed any issues in a timely manner.We have issues, as does any facility . I am very happy to be here.The office staff is Rochelle and she is the best. Very good at her job and goes above and beyond , knowledgeable , and super friendly.Our manager is Erica .She is very friendly and helpful.One bedroom is 1050.per month. plus electric.”

The property is kept up better than ever, maintenance requests get handled in a timely manner, we even got a new gym installed most recently! The managers Jessica and Mercedes are always friendly and helpful. You can tell they are really trying to improve the community not just skate by.”
