Worst customer service ever! Not enough employees to help. It's like they don't want to sell clothes. I just dumped all my close in a corner and left. Their loss. Dirty too.

Just horrible. So dirty and unorganized. Any ross or goodwill looks better. I'm surprised people are staying there more than 30 sec and actually buying something there.

worst customer service for online shopping that i have ever experienced. zara doesn't properly package boxes so when they come open and smell of perfume they don't accept the return. This should not be on the customer who has never complained before and a good customer. Terrible!

Worst customer service from the manger full attitude!! Came into return an item I bought online I never wore it, just tried it on to see how it fit. The manager looks at me and rolled her eyes then smelled it. I told her it came from the factory like this. She finally accepted the return but was extremely rude! Will not be returning or buying from here again. I also called corporate to let them know about this exchange. Hopefully they take this seriously. Will not be back nor recommend anyone go there.

Zara should be a shamed of themselves!Throughout the years it’s know that 80% of their costumers around the world are jewish and Israeli people all over the world and to have clothes that support a day of terror upon the jewish people is shameful!!!so i ask you to stand with the jewish people and not buy from a company that supports terror in the world !thats only one of the items !!! shame on them!!!for the jewish families that lost their loved ones on 7/10 in israel don't shop zara until they put a stop to this ! i hope you at your corporate offices will read this review !shame on you!!!

The people working at this location DESPISE their job. Im yet to meet any employee there that is not rude. Anytime I have an inquiry about an item/items they hardly would want to do their job! This is a long overdue review! There is no management in this store. Only bunch of mostly teenagers hardly pretending they are working lolmind you I shop at Zara all the time and I mean a lot! Online and in stores. Almost all of the zara’s locations provide terrible customer service however this location (Topanga mall) is a whole another level of terrible in every way!I have had some incidents (really disgusting customer service) and of course I had let the company headquarters know in written emails and phone calls. And those who were rude to me never been seen working at this store again!!!But the problem is, almost all of these workers are the same. They all look like they had been dragged there to work and look tortured lolAnd of course every time I am shopping at this store, almost all of the workers are new.Please remember if you ever ask for a manager, someone comes out of no were who is even more out of line, rude, and unprofessional! So save yourself the trouble and if you have issues call the customer service.The workers behind the cashier look at you angry if you have a lot of stuff they have to charge. Im that one person with a lot to buy and they hate me for it lol hahaRegardless they look at you with rage and jealousy and this is my experience every time Im shopping at this store!Well, I only feel bad for them. They have to watch other people shop and have fun while they are obviously miserable!I wonder why are these people working hereBecause obviously they HATE what they do!These workers really should not be working In retail. Their job is customer service and they miserably fail at it!!! Its such a shame!

Where is the "zero stars" button here? No other business has ever warranted it more. Went here with my mom yesterday, and the girl who was in the fitting room area basically BARKED at my mom TWICE to move out of the way , to stand in line on the side. There was no line. My mom was happy to move. The girl was the rudest salesperson I've seen in years. Angry, rude, and a stain on the company. I asked her name and she said she did not have to tell me her name. She then tried to dismiss us by saying "I'm sorry you're having a bad day." No, crazy lady, you ARE the bad day. Horrific.

What is with this Zara? Is there an employee manual they hand you that says "provide the worst service possible with an absolutely negative attitude and do it as slow as humanly possible" ? By all means, fold the returns as slow as possible with a line of people. Show no sense of urgency, by all means move at a glacial pace. I do not recommend this place. Shop anywhere else.

Man, it takes a lot for me to post a review, but I'm hoping that corporate reads all of these reviews and fixes these issues. I had about 10 things that I wanted to try on, but they said that their dressing rooms were closed. Whattt?? And after reading others reviews, it looks like it's been like that for months. I ended up purchasing a jacket that I didn't need to try on, but would have purchased more if I could try it on first. Also staff is rude, dismissive, and obviously do not care about their jobs. Do better.
