“The Simi Valley location is great! My new go-to shop for tires, brakes, etc.
I went in this morning at 9a and spoke with Eddie about some work another tire shop had told me needed to be done almost immediately. They claimed it was a cracked bushing and, if left unrepaired I was running the risk of killing my car. It was causing a strong vibration/shimmy upon braking. He had Vic look at it and the discovery was actually; the brake rotors were warped and needed to be machined.
Within 2 hours I had my car back and enjoyed a smooth, shimmy-free drive home. All at a great price.
He also gave me a fantastic quote on 4 new tires which I'm hoping to get next month (ah, the joys of living on Social Security).
The customer service, prices, helpfulness, friendliness, honesty and understanding are unmatched. I'll definitely be referring GAT to everyone I know.”
