Hands down by far the WORST BRANCH EVER!!! Every single time I have to come into this branch they are either not open when they are supposed to be (9:00am) (I'm sitting in the parking lot rn angry at 9:18am) OR the staff is overwhelming rude and unprofessional. When will I learn my lesson...

Horrible service by the manager! She was talking on her cell phone when I went in! Long line and only one teller they kept on sending people to the atm!

Employees are rude and unprofessional. My husband and I had to go to this location to open an account, because we couldn't get an appointment at his branch on Pratt, and the vibe at this location was Third World with thugs running the show. One of the employees, maybe the manager's assistant, was extremely unfriendly and rude. He never cracked a smile. Never stepping foot in there again.

These last few weeks they never have staff to cash the checks, only the machines to make deposits, it is no longer recommended for an emergency if you only want to change and not deposit

My husband just went into this bank to get our rent money and pay bills that we are behind on. So he goes to deposit the check but they needed to verify because of the amount. ok cool!! But the process will take 30-45 mins in which we didn't have time to wait that long. So he asks for the check back so we can go to another branch. Got to another location and there was an alert placed on the account. Don't waste your time at this bitch made ass location. The people there are judgmental.

Even a single star is too much for their awful service! The only thing you are hearing is making an appointment however, I haven’t gotten any services even I had appointment! I waited 1/5 hours just for open a bank account! Shame on this branch and management!

They're closed Saturdays now!!!!!?!!!When it is open there's never enough tellers, no onsite bankers and an appointment is weeks away. I'll be switching banks.

We have a business account. No one ever answers the phone. High fees for everything. The website is terrible. Just had 2 transactions on our account that were not from us - fraud. We reported while the transactions were pending, prior to processing. Wells' help? None. We "may" have access to the funds withdrawn in 10 business days. No guarantees. Their recommendation: close the account and open an entirely new account. It's not easy to open business accounts, so if we have to do that, it's bye-bye Wells, forever.
