This bank does not accept money and you should not bring it here. With the covid 19 pandemic, many of the Wells Fargo's that used to be open near me are not anymore and that means I have to travel to find open ones. Well I traveled to this bank and I had some quarters and dimes and nickels(these are hard times and I'm trying to pay my bills) but the teller said they only accept wrapped coins? How am I supposed to wrap $10 of quarters when I only have $7 and am trying to make every penny of my money go towards my bills since I no longer have a job. Shame on these tellers for not taking the time to do their job. If I handed a stack of 100s they would have counted those also, thru their counting machine and hand. I thought Wells Fargo was here to meet and exceed my needs? Not accepting my coins so that I get a late fee on my credit card of theirs. That sounds more like it. The last time I read, quarters, nickels, dimes, and pennies are currency. It would be one thing if I had a ridiculous amount and had pennies, but I had no pennies or one or 2, and majority quarters, just not enough to make a roll. Lazy tellers who should be happy they still have jobs.

Terrible company. Doesn't let people take out funding on their accounts. Likely doesn't have cash on hand to meet demands of consumers. Unable to make cash withdrawals. This is the same company that was kicked out of many states for fraudulently opening fictitious accounts in people's names without their consent and fined billions of dollars. Warren Buffett is a major shareholder in Wells Fargo and knew all about the bogus accounts being opened up in people's name without their consent.

Very bad customer Service. Manager Armine was very rude and couldnt explain anything. Was told to come in for a new temporary card. Arrived 5 minutes before branch closed and was told they couldnt give a new card due to "safety" because they couldnt open the office needed to "put in my pin" makes no sense.

Excellent customer service. They are consistently great. There is always a sharply dressed person, who is polite, and greets you at the door. They hire only the best bank tellers who take lots of pride in what they do, and how they look. They give me "white gloves" service. I enjoy my banking experience there. They offer complimentary bottled water, lollipops, coffee and flavored creamers all the time.

I went here and was told that my switching my account to a college account would be a free service little did I know a couple months later I see I am getting charged for bank service fees. The people here are liars and will close any deal with you. I recommend finding another bank. I'm in the process after being customers with them for over 12 years!

I've only been to this branch a few times but each time Dominik helped me with a genuine smile. He works fast and efficiently, making great conversation for those awkward moments when people forget how to talk. Over all he provides great customer service and is surrounded by other friendly coworkers at this branch.

This is my favorite branch and the only branch I go to. Everybody here is very helpful and they go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. Jessica, Hossni, Dominik, Josselyn, Iyad, Setareh, Mina and Ronald are like family to me and are a pleasure to be around!

I live about 6 miles from this bank and pass 2 Wells Fargo banks to come to this one. Every time I go I get nothing but OUTSTANDING customer service yesterday was about 90 degrees outside I went in to the branch to cash my Business check and as I waited in line I was offered a cold water bottle and was helped fast. I think it took me longer to find parking then cash my check. Thank you guys for your great service.

Never had an issue here. They are always fast and friendly. The additional banking hours and Sunday in comparison to a traditional branch is great with my schedule

Absolutely the worst Wells Fargo Branch, period. If there were negative stars to give, that would be more accurate. I went to open a simple checking account for myself and girlfriend. They pushed as hard as ever to make me open a credit line with "3% APR". After 30 minutes, they confess its really "15% APR". I repeatedly asked for the credit line not to be opened, refused to sign anything, then receive a notice in the mail thanking me for opening an account. Not only did I repeatedly ask for it not to be opened, this kid that worked there let me know I need to sign multiple pieces of paper work for it to be opened. LIE? Yes, I think so. Thankfully, Wells Fargo took care of the problem, because, you know, they protect people from "fraudulent activity". What a joke.

This location is the worst wells I have ever gone to, I had a account with them, closed the account. Went in to cash a personal check from wells was declined, went back with a Wells Fargo cashiers check, claimed couldn't cash the cashier check, because they couldn't verify it. Went to another wells location no problem check was cashed. I went in again after to cash a smaller check just to see the response, they had me wait for a while before they called the issuer and then came back to tell me they couldn't hand me that much cash since I didn't have a account with them any longer. Is this a branch you would want to bank with, especially if you need help... If you have to go to a wells suggest the location off of Topanga Canyon blvd.
