Scott is a wonderful manager who has been an asset to the shop for over 19 years. My brake pads needed replacing and he didn’t beat around the bush. Very honest and got the job done quickly.

Two years ago I brought a Toyota Prius, that I was thinking of purchasing, to get inspected at Warner Auto Hybrid Shop on the recommendation of a trusted friend. Scott could have easily charged me $50-100 for the look-over diagnostic, but he didn't charge me....and I never forgot that kindness and attention to customer service. So, recently when my 2005 Honda Civic needed some major work done, I brought it in to Warner Hybrid Auto Shop, and Scott spent hours trying to find me parts for the repair. When the parts were unavailable except for outrageously priced dealership parts, we opted for a replacement engine (which was the same price as the repairs with dealership parts). Scott and his great team of mechanics found me a great condition engine, and had it shipped and installed in a few days....and they gave me a great price for the work. They even invited me to bring the car back a week later for a free check to make sure everything was running correctly....they care about their work!! Warner Auto Hybrid Shop are the mechanics you're looking for!! You don't even have to have a hybrid car to get incredible service there either. When something minor like my interior air filters were found to be dirty, Scott replaced them at no charge, and I've witnessed him saying "no charge" to other customers for things like tail light bulbs etc.... Scott and his team totally "get it." Rather than nickel and diming customers like so many other places do, Warner Auto Hybrid Shop goes out of their way to keep customers happy, and coming back. I know I'll be coming back for all of my car care. HIGHLY recommend them!! ??

Warner Auto Hybrid serviced my 2001 Camaro SS. I like this shop because they have a ton of experience and knowledge of most any vehicle, any year, any make.

I can't say enough amazing things about Scott & the whole team at Warner Auto Hybrid Shop. They are not only the most affordable and reliable auto shop that I've come across, but they are honest and they truly care about their customers. I will not be taking my Toyota Prius anywhere else. I highly recommend them for all your auto needs!

About 18 months ago our Lexus hybrid system light went on & car started stalling.Took to Warner - within an hour he had it scanned, diagnosed & hybrid battery replaced. About $2,000, give or take, & outstanding customer care. Look no further!The car continues to run very well.
