Great customer services ,very friendlies and helpfully staff ,Dan the manager great person really professional ,I am happy to found a place were I feel comfortable , Highly recommend them.Chuck And Joseph very nice guys always there helping with a big smile and a good acttitud all we need .

If whatever you are buying from this store is not worth it for them to sell it , they will refuse to give service to you . Thats what the seller told me and actually happened to m So if you need a part emergency and its not an expensive part dont drive there because they wont sell you Even if you drive 20 min to get there ( thats what happened to me even when I mentioned I drove 20 min )

I found bk through my HOA. My condo gets really hot seems like the AC is not strong enough I had bk come install ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Enrique and vlad did a great job. I was worried about having workers in the house during Covid 19 but they made me feel very comfortable when they showed up wearing masks, gloves and booties. They cleaned up and they even replaced an outlet for me for a minor fee. I highly recommend them especially during these crazy times they are well equipped.

This is the worst Electrical wholesale house to deal with ALL BRANCHES... especially Manager Andy Felix at the brea location. Walter's selling point is they will have your product the next day if they dont have it at that location guaranteed. My company ordered a $3.67 240v plug cover plate needed the next day for a job less then 2 miles away from the canoga park location no later then 9am. I was assured that the plate would be there by 6:30am on friday 11/8/2019. When I arrived on the day I was told there brea location is not delivering till monday. I drove from Oxnard Ca to canoga park. Then had to drive over 2 hours on a friday and used a whole tank of gas going back and fourth. For my inconvenience the manager Andy said he can give me a couple Walter's shirts. Are you kidding me shirts that I dont want or need from a company that just costed me well over $250.00 of my time and travel. There are so many other electrical wholesalers who are more proffesional and more reliable and that will deliver. The worst part about this whole situation is that all these branches are all the same company Walter's wholesale electric but the canoga park store blamed brea and the brea location blames the canoga park store. This shows that this is not the place to use terrible customer service.

Walter's Canoga Park is my go to shop for any and all Electric supplies. The staff is friendly and knowledgable and I actually look forward to visiting the counter. The popcorn maker and ice machine don't hurt either!
