Don't know what they are doing here. Pick up phone and leave you waiting for 25 minutes! When they do pick up, they give you an attitude because they only have '2 people' working the entire store. at least advise the callers that you are not able to assist and to call later or another store. Don't leave them waiting for nothing. Absolutely terrible. Going to CVS from now on.

I'm currently on hold to ask 1 simple question. Been 43 minutes and counting. They keep coming back and hanging up so I figured I would take this time to tell you go LITERALLY ANYWHERE else.

The Pharmacy is super slow and the drive thru takes so much time. No wonder this store has 2 stars. I guess you need a faster staff. It took me 4 More than 30 mins at the drive thru pharmacy.

This Walgreens location is permanently closed. Sad to see it go. It was close to me. Apparently the pharmacy also transferred your Rx to CVS. When you call Walgreens pharmacy it directs your call to CVS pharmacy.

Steve (I think ) in the pharmacy took his sweet time getting my prescriptions. He took 15 mins to find them put them on the counter (on his side of the glass so I could see them) and then decided to grab a bundle of prescriptions and put them away another 10 mins… then once I got his attention by saying “hello” he came back and finally ring me up. Worst customer service ever.

Unfortunately, I have a prescription that my local CVS was unable to fill so I have to come here once a month. Loooooong wait at the pharmacy EVERY time. There is only one clerk helping both the walk up and the drive through customers. Terrible way to treat your customers. As soon as I can transfer my Rx, I'm out of here.

Genesis at the pharmacy is completely unprofessional! I've heard this Walgreens is infamous for the pharmacy having poor customer service, but this was insane. I watched her treat other people worse than me. In my experience, she looked right at me and ignored me at the window, then walked away to chat with coworkers. When she came back, she interrupted me and told me to "wait in line" then walked away. There was nobody in line. I just waited 10 more minutes for her to speak with me again and ask me medical questions. After I answer them all, she hands me paperwork to fill out with all of the exact same questions I just answered...Then she walks away and I had to wait for her to come back and ask for my ID back. She cuts patients off mid-sentence when they tried to speak with her and acts like she'd rather be watching paint dry than help people. The others at the pharmacy are lovely, just overworked and understaffed. If they had one more hard worker, I'm sure they'd have a much better reputation. The pharmacist herself is lovely along with the other technicians.

I prefer this walgreens to other locations, purely because they seem to have shorter lines. But I have to say that the staff here needs some attitude adjustments. They are ALWAYS rude, aside from the pharmacist. They hire really young kids here, and don't teach them how to treat people with mutual respect. That's why I'm giving them two stars. Horrible customer service.

This review is on the pharmacy. It is the worst one around. If you need a prescription filled, especially automatically don't count on this pharmacy to have your medication in stock, nor to prepare it when needed. You will always have to call in multiple times to remind them. Even if your doctor calls in a prescription you will still need to call them and remind them. If you need to pick up in the drive-through, you will always wait, a very long time. If you go inside, you will be met with a long line and the pharmacist are always rude and short or flat out sometimes just ignore you when they see you are clearly waiting. this week alone was the final straw as I had my prescription called in on a Friday had to call in on Monday and Tuesday to remind them to fill it and waited on hold for 35 minutes only to be hung up on, and then told that they didn't have the prescription and that was a reason why and then magically the prescription was filled that day... They make excuses, and don't do their job unless reminded. If I could give this Walgreens, a zero stars I would and I will never be coming back here again.

the employees in the pharmacy are very rude. i came in to pick up a prescription however they did not have what i was prescribed. that was perfectly fine and understandable, what was not fine was the way they went about resolving the situation. i asked if other walgreens had the prescription available and the woman helping me said that she would check for me. she left me at the window for about ten minutes before asking if there was anything else i needed. ultimately she ended up telling me i need to call around myself. i spoke to my md and he was looking to prescribe something else so i went inside the store to ask them what similar options they have. they were rude and very passive and again just shut me down for my initial prescription. i am not knowledgeable as to what medication could help me so i was hoping their pharmacist would have insight or at least pretend to care about my situation. i ended up reaching out to the location on topanga and saticoy and they were much more helpful.

They need to hire more people for pharmacy clerk. You will be waiting for half an hour or more just to pick up prescriptions. Calling to speak to pharmacy also a long wait.
