This location manager Richard Samual , is one of the worst Walgreens to go .This manager refuse to honor the discounts on the Walgreens website and refuse to override the glitch in there system that allows the costumer to get a 70%discount on photos which we all know it can be override yet I went to other Walgreens the same day and they honored the coupon but this manager Richard blames it on his manager which is BS , why were other managers from a different location do it but not him How is it when I got the coupon on Walgreens website . Now I know why they have 2stars rating . I will never step foot in that location ever Location Topanga bl and saticoy .A very disappointed customer it's askin me to add a star rating , I add one star even thou I believe this store doesn't deserve

I love this pharmacy.They always call me for my refills.The manager is nice and also technicians are so friendly with me specialy if you are persian, they have persian technician her name is Fera.She always helps me, translate for me because my english is not good and has a positive and good energy.

First of all, I love this place. The pharmacy is always friendly, Grace is always pleasant, she remembers me & we laugh. I've been in the valley for 9 yrs & walgreens & CVS have been awwsome. My prescriptions are a no fuss & they're accurate. I don't mind the wait if they're smiles at the end of the wait. Thank Q Grace & staff for always being amazing !!!!******Traci

Not only is this pharmacy consistently understaffed and can't handle their work load, but they also VERY REGULARLY will close without even filling the prescription you're waiting for...it's low key dangerous to do that with people and their medications and it blows my mind that the pharmacist here believes this is acceptable behavior.

This review is for the pharmacy!!Why does it take so freaking long! Like you text me to come get my stuff but I'm waiting in line/drive through for over 30 mins. The drive through should be used for customers coming to pick up quick. You need more staff or you need to close the drive through since it's here for convenience but it's not convenient. Make people pull out of line if you didn't get a text saying your order is ready. There has to be a better system!! Like WTF

Waited nearly over an hour for a flu vaccine. The pharmacy was empty maybe 2 or 3 people came to fill prescriptions and their drive through wasn't that busy either. The pharmacy employees ignored me for 10 mins before even having me step forward to the window, and then left me waiting for about 20 before getting me the informed consent paper, another 20 before someone came to the window to grab it. STAY AWAY go literally anywhere else

Don't even bother with this Walgreens! I've come into this Walgreens before to do FedEx returns a few months ago and came in to return an item I requested to return on the company's website. Upon arriving there was no one at the photo counter and no button to call anyone. A man in his 20s with blond dyed hair comes to help me and says I can't return the item because I don't have the packing slip on the box (mind you I have a QR code sent to my email that I've used before with other companies). He didn't even bother asking anyone if there was a way to do it, just told me to go to a FedEx. I left and went to Sherman Way Walgreens and THEY were ABLE to scan my QR code AND print out the label and packed it all up. I will say Walgreens is a bit messy, especially photos but at least Sherman Way was able to do it for me. This place has lost good employees sadly. Warning to all who return.

This location has apparently closed with no tentative reopen date. Would have been nice to know before I had my prescription sent there. Not only that, but I have had no communication for over a week that my script wouldn't be able to be filled here and now I am scrambling to get a new one from my provider. I am livid
