Took my wife's car to see if they can check the power steering. First tech I talked with was nice and welcoming. He did a quick inspection and asked me to wait for Vik. I waited and waited, then waited more. Finally talked with Vik briefly since he was so busy servicing fleet vehicles. He didn't want anything to do with me or my business. He said he was too busy. I asked him if it would be better to come another time/day. He simply replied it's always like this while he shook his head and threw his hands up in the air with frustration. He said I can leave it here and he'll get to it. Yeah right, I'm not leaving my car with someone who obviously doesn't need my business or cares about taking the time to make a new customer. To clarify, no work was performed on my car. I simply told him that I would go somewhere else. I'm sure he does great work, but for me it's a big failure. Beware if you take your car here. You may just end up waiting only to be pushed away. You've been warned

After having a rental car for a week, I realized that the slow tire leak was from a nail in the front passenger tire. The company I rented the car from referred me to Vik on a Saturday right before they closed at noon and Vik was able to accommodate putting a new tire on the rental so I was able to safely drive to San Diego for the weekend. Not only that, the service great and fast. Thank you again Vik!
