“Very friendly & knowledgeable staff. I like Dr. Shazad, he seems to genuinely care about my kitten. I called on a Wednesday & they could see my boy the very next day. Clean office, very close to my home. It's peace of mind to know they are close by.”

“I highly recommend Winnetka Animal Clinic! Dr Smollin, is great! The staff is super friendly. The medical techs are just great. We talked to Abraham one of the techs and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. The entire staff is first rate! Go there with your furry babies!”

“I am a dog rescuer and also have my own dogs. I have used Dr. Sherif over many years and have been VERY happy. I feel he is smart and cares...and the pricing has been fair enough. So for those visits, I'd give him 5 stars. I also want to share one not so good story where I would give no stars. Our dog was limping on her back legs so we took her to Dr. Sherif. Dr. Sherif doesn't do knee surgery but they liaison with an orthopedic surgeon who looked at the x-rays and told us our dog absolutely needed surgery on both knees for a cost of $10,000. We decided to get a second opinion, which was the same. We decided, before moving forward, to visit a Dr. Raviv Balfour at VCA Animal Specialty in West LA. Dr. Balfour said yes, our dog does have 2 torn ACL's but the surgery may not be necessary. He suggested we try Medicam, an anti-inflammatory, for a month or so and see how she responds. Within a few weeks, our dog completely stopped limping and has not limped since, and that was about 2 years ago. Getting a third opinion saved us $10k and saved our dog an enormous amount of pain and suffering. Bottom line, if you are told your dog needs a big surgery, and you aren't sure, get more opinions!!!”

“I am editing this review and rating from 1 to 3 after the director of the clinic called me a couple of days later. Not in response to the review, but because they did call to follow up and I told them how I felt. She spent about 20 min on the phone with me going over everything and told me that the vet I saw was an "interim" vet. And she would have the new, permanent vet call. The new vet did call next day and spent quite a long time on the phone with me answering all of my questions. I was felt much better after that. They gave many apologies and said they would pass on my input.am more than disappointed in this location. We had been taking our dog to this hospital for a few years and were really happy with Dr. Hart and the techs, they spent plenty of time and were very kind and thorough. My dog liked them, too.Today, I had a horrible experience and I don't think I will ever go back, The CSR was extremely aggressive and impatient, talking over me and telling me how to feed my dog, as if I was an imbecile. I made the appointment to get x-rays specifically, and all they wanted to do was tell me to change food to one that makes my dog sick. They would not take no for an answer and send him home with an Rx for the food I told them that he will not eat and that makes him sick.I now need to go to a different vet to get him examined and pay for an x-ray for his limp - because I have no idea what is going on.This is so upsetting I can't stop crying”
