I ordered a few months back I in Houston Tx and we don’t have Versace so a friend recommended her Versace Associate Daniel Martinez I was able to purchase some really nice sunglasses. I received my package and it was really nicely wrapped thank you.

I ordered this bag from Versace directly. The craftsman ship on this bag was horrific! How dare your company call it's self high end only using the highest of quality??!!! Had the bag literally 2 days and it fell apart. Michael kors has acquired the brand and clearly quality is not longer part of Versace's good name. The new j c holding company who own the two brands clearly takes advantage of its clients. The customer service was horrific! Absolutely no resolution because I wasn't famous enough or rich enough to care about! That's ok you don't know how much is in my account nor do you know the businesses I own. All I can say is STAY AWAY! Versace is not what it once was! Quality is horrendous and the way customer service treats people is unacceptable: I will never purchase again and I highly recommend you find another designer. Do better Michael Kors and JC holdings. DO BETTER!

Would not accept the return of an item purchased off Versace's website. It was the wong size and I simply wanted to exchange it. It was a very expensive item, and I would expect much better customer service than received. The sales person was rude and unprofessional. Extremely disappointed.

Horrible costumer service, i was there on September 26th 2022, around 6 pm, they were two ladies, with a very judgmental attitude, when i asked them to try on a skirt and shirt she was hesitating and surprised to do that, well after trying them on i gave them back and when i was about to leave the other lady was yelling in front of me , while looking into my eyes asking her if she got back the shirt and skirt to make sure I haven't stole them!!!! I swear that rude, she was looking into my eyes and doing this so. Be more professional please.I might not be that white blonde model, but I am a costumer like others.

Yes, there is great customer service in store. Any issue that arises afterwards comes with an onslaught of unprofessionalism and issues. I would never expect such poor customer service from a designer store. I requested an item be shipped to my home from another store and the person who assisted me mistakenly sent it to the store. If they could have remedied the issue by just shipping it to my home there wouldn’t have been an issue. It doesn’t stop there. I had to call the store multiple times in hopes I could contact someone who could ship the item home, however, since the rep who helped me was not there, I cannot be helped. I should have received the item 3 days ago and now it’s still sitting at the store. Dissatisfied and disappointed.

Really terrible customer service by Darwin H I went in to return a gift I purchased, prior to going I read the return policy in the receipt. I understand it's store credit, I'm not stupid. He gave me so much attitude. I've purchased items from LV and YSL, this brands staff attitude is off the charts. Happy Holidays Darwin, try not be so rude.

pathetic customer service. bought a lot of stuff from them since they opened. i am amazed at the behavior & rudeness. i remember buying this item which i asked about the return policy they said 14 days for store credit. the manager like literally was closing the store so she said you buy it you dont like it bring it back. despite so many questions so we dont run into problems later. however when we went there . their customer service was bad so rude. i am so sad i ever shopped from there and had to ho through this

I'm so impressed with the way I was treated by the staff at Topanga Versace. August and Schyvonne absolutely went out of their way to help me out with my crazy, outlandish requests in the ridiculously short timeframe of my request. Absolutely top notch customer service, great communication throughout the process. They really put the customer first in the personalized shopping experience, and I highly recommend this location.

Another fashion crisis that was a total save by Versace in the Topanga Mall. Women and their swimwear is a whole science unto itself and wifey is no exception. Agonized over online and the shipping/return dance, or driving to a store and freaking out over imaginary cellulite. It was actually me who said to wifey - why don't we check Versace? Fast forward to a crazy hot summer day and the cool Topanga Mall in Woodland Hills, after wife conferring with superb sales associate Blake over the phone about sizes and styles of bathing suits. He promised that she would find something and surprise - she did - the Greca one piece, very reasonably priced at $325. The store is just EXCELLENT - a real pleasure to shop there. Highly recommended!

I've been shopping at Versace for a long time and when the new store opened at the Topanga mall I was so excited. Unfortunately, the staff, actually the manager, is absolutely unpleasant. She is heartless and passively rude. I tried to return some thing during the pandemic and she would not let me because I was a little bit past the 14 day return policy. I tried to explain to her that I was sick and couldn't do it and she literally said the "Versace does not care". I understand the stores policy but I was hoping they would be a little bit more flexible during these times. I also don't even mind them saying no, but the way she said it was so heartless. In front of my children. We were all dumbfounded. Needless to say, I will never return to that store again. This one unpleasant person does not represent the brand but I am hoping that they do something about their employee.
