I am so impressed with the level of work and honesty at Vahe's Auto Repair, I drive all the way from Long Beach to have Luis work on my car. I drive a Subaru. Excellent, considerate, quick, and trustworthy service. If you need a mechanic, call Luis. I think you'll be happy you did.

Luis is honest and very knowledgeable. He shares what is wrong with your vehicle in language that anyone can understand.He doesn't try to upsell you on services that you don't need. He stands behind his work.

Luis was Great! Took my bmw 340i for some repairs now that my warranty expired and the service was 10/10! Very reasonable and professional, would definitely recommend to anyone that needs work with their BMW, look no further!

Took my BMW M4 to this shop to do a rear main seal repair as my car was leaking really bad oil and Bob Smith BMW was charging me an arm and a leg. Went here and Luis the owner gave me a very competitive price and had my car in and out in no time. Car is running way better than when I first bought it. Will definitely be coming back here as long as I get the same service they provided. Luis was very helpful in explaining the process and answered the 100s of questions I had. Thank you so much for the amazing service Luis

Luigi is a disgrace to Vahe's good name on the shop's sign. My husband called Luigi on Tuesday (11/16/2023) morning to confirm Luigi would be available to receive our BMW for service that day. He said yes. We arrived at 3:30 pm, and he was already closed (locked gate and garage). We entered from his next-door neighbor's gate and parked our car in Luigi's lot because it would not start again if we shut off the engine. My husband dropped off the keys to Luigi the next day, and Luigi said he would check the car and call us later that day. That afternoon, he called to say his employee was using his car battery jump starter at his other shop, and that he would call me later that day. Luigi did not call me until 10:33 the next morning. He said the problem was that our battery (still under warranty from AAA) was not compatible with BMWs and that we needed a BMW battery, which he happened to have at his shop. He pressured me to decide right away because he planned to be out of town and closed tomorrow (Friday) through Monday. We knew the battery was NOT the problem with our car, and we do not want to work with a shop that often arbitrarily closes its doors during its operating hours. I had AAA meet us at the shop, and AAA confirmed our battery was fine and passed their tests. We declined to purchase a new battery from Luigi, and he wanted us to pay him $145 for diagnostic services (actually, misdiagnosis). I asked for a reduction because he did not inform us in advance that he would be charging us for diagnostic services, and he did not actually perform any repairs. He then tried to justify the fee because we parked our car in his lot for 2 days! His lot was empty anyway because he'd been unable to keep Vahe's huge number of loyal customers. We were deprived of the use of our car for 2 days because he closed early after telling us he would be there on Tuesday, and he did not work on our car all day Wednesday! Luigi would not budge on the price, and we begrudgingly paid him $145 for wasting our time. We will NEVER go back to that shop, and we are sad that Vahe's good name is on Luigi's shop's sign. I am also suspicious of the story Luigi tells about his business arrangement with Vahe because of how agitated and defensive Luigi got when I casually asked if he knew what Vahe's assistant Rigo was doing. Vahe told me Rigo worked for him for decades "since Rigo was a teenager" and that Rigo was going to take over Vahe's shop when Vahe retired. If anyone knows where Rigo is working, please share! I would love to bring my car to Rigo.

Scammers I took my breaks to get fixed and they came out worse than before, I wasted money time and I called multiple times and it's been closed. Don't go here you'll regret it.

I'll start by saying that everything was great when Vahe owned and operated the business. We have been going there since 1999. Vahe was the most honest and skillful mechanic. HOWEVER since his untimely passing, the new owner apparently has his own way of doing business. We left our car to have a headlight replaced and to be checked if anything else is needed (it's our spare car so we don't drive it much). Almost 2K later for repairs I now doubt it needed, we are back to square one: still needing the headlight replaced. Luigi told us he was going to order the part and will call us when ready to install. A week later, no call. I kept calling, leaving messages, talking with him, with his wife, back and forth, for more than a month promising to follow up and let me know what is happening. A big nothing. No one ever called back. It's been 100% different experience with this new ownership. I guess they are after making a quick buck and don't care if anyone is coming back. Not a good business model. I will NEVER return to this shop again and will make sure to warn all the friends and family I've referred there through the years. Find another shop!

I'm extremely impressed with the level of expertise and attention to detail at Vahe's BMW auto repair. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my vehicle, and it has been running smoothly ever since. The staff was friendly and took the time to explain the repairs to me. I feel confident knowing that my car is in their capable hands. I highly recommend them.

I don't even know where to start. Our experience while dealing with Vahe's BMW was nothing but amazing. Their professionalism was unmatched. Luigi and Maria were very honest and upfront with the diagnosis and quote to repair our BMW. Going into this situation we felt defeated because we were provided with a very unrealistic bid by another company. However, Maria and Luigi quickly restored our faith and repaired our BMW in a timely manner and a reasonable price. I HIGHLY recommend this company for any repairs you need. THANK YOU SO MUCH VAHE'S.
