Sales rep must not have wanted a sale, was looking at trade in, told me my bike isn’t worth what blue book says even though my bike is flawless and has thousands of dollars in mods. Told me to ask around at other dealerships and see, I did and I got two offers way higher than this place.Also Told me I wouldn’t sell it anywhere near retail blue book. Just sold it for three thousand over blue book and went and bought a bike at a different dealership, Christian really dropped the ball on this one.

Be vigiliant with your personal information here! New owner Rich is shady and out of touch. He will ignore your emails and requests and discriminate against you. Even after receiving full credit applications. Staff will also lie and say they are different employees responding to emails when infact its the owner responding emails. Long story one of his employees dropped the ball, and told me a unit was sold, and then it mysteriously was not. There was no follow up so I assumed they did in fact sell it. Typical bait and switch if they are working a sale and get someone else interested on same motorcycke interested for more $$$. No biggie so I wait....After a month of deciding to wait to see if the new 2024 models would change, which they did I still gave the dealer an opportunity to earn my repeated business. I go into the dealership. Unfortunately it's raining, then return again to test ride. On the day of the test ride, a salesman pulls me aside and says " what's your problem, the owner is already pissed, doesn't want to do business with you. You have been in here several times and don't purchase anything and waste our time." I have purchased 5 motorcycles in the last three years. I tell him, I'm not buying a bike without test riding it, he hesistantly pulls the bikes out, and makes it feel like they are doing me the favor. We do the test ride, come back....do the dance with numbers, they wanted me to pay more for a base color. I truly appreciate the new salesman,Chris he was great. I relayed that to him. I told Chris after speaking with other riders and dealers had I not been treated by the owner the way he did i would have given him my repeated buisness, but its just not ok to treat customers and discrimnate the way he did. I emailed so many times and called and inquired and got Zero response. I submitted personal information and never heard back. He didnt have the courtesy to let me know anything after submitting my personal information.I really wanted to make this place my go to dealer since I ride by everyday to work. But I Will not recommend this new dealer management my club or friends and family. Be very careful with this dealer and your personal info!

Excellent. Was helped by Christian. Knowledgeable isn’t the right word. This dude knows his stuff. Not only HD. Motorcycle Knowledge. Period.Went for a test ride on the Sportster S. Wicked bike. Will definitely buy one, especially after he told me who sells the exact parts I want to make it mine.See Christian at Mulholland HD for awesome service.

Worse service I’ve ever had. Not only my treated poorly and with disrespect, but I get lied to and deceived about the condition of my motorcycle and what it takes to repair it. Definitely do not come to this Harley Davidson worst service ever.

Worst customer service ever - every day parts are not instock at main location. Was told 15 minute wait for battery to be brought over - took almost 45 minutes. The only thing worse than the customer service is the actual mechanical servicing provided - when a guarantee of matching white-wall tired were to be installed, was told twice the set is upstairs. Imagine the surprise when this dealership only had a mis-matched (width of white sidewall) tire that they put on my soft-tail. Would not change them, as I was told they are already mounted.Harely Davidson should immediately pull this dealer’s license.

I purchased a bike with the extended service warranty from Mulholland Harley. After a few months I decided that I did not want the warranty and provided a written notice to cancel. I got jerked around for the past 8 months and have only received less than half of my refund money. The "new" owners of Mulholland Harley basically advised my that they are "NOT RESPONSIBLE " for the remainder of my refund, and now I am out my $1200.00 dollars. I have been buying Harleys for 30 years and have never been treated like this and cheated out of my money. Not good for the brand's reputation, Not ok Mulholland Harley!

Had a fork seal break last minute on my bike 2 days ago. Called in and Hosanna in service got me booked first thing the next morning, even let me keep my bike there overnight. Got it in and out in 1 day and she made sure it was all covered under my warranty. Fast and helpful service. Also has an amazing selection of bikes on the floor!

If you want to purchase a bike with minimal hassle, straight forward no BS "sales tactics" just save yourself the trouble and ask for Daniel (last name Barnes I think? ) I've been to every Harley dealer in so cal. Purchased bikes from all of them, I've had every "Harley sales person" from chill to corny car salesman to straight up wondering if they just smokedMeth in the back -- but Daniel made the stressful experience a very rad one. We got lucky and got the chill Harley guy. Daniel has a genuine enthusiasm for motorcycles and Harley, knows what he's talking about, and understands the subtle nuances of needing time to think without aggressively breathing down your neck. When he knew me and my husband needed to talk numbers, he kindly stepped away and grabbed us waters. Appreciate that a lot. New management really took care of us. This is the dude you wanna buy a Harley from. Someone who rides and loves it.

Had the most pleasant experience shopping here today! I was welcomed by the salesperson who was so helpful and friendly, I came to purchase a gift for a family member who is a Harley-Davidson owner. I had no idea of what to get, she was very nice and asked the right questions, she gave me multiple suggestions and I'm so happy with my purchases.
