It was my first time coming to Tiffany & Co. I was greeted and assisted by a security person who kindly warm transferred me to the customer service representative. The customer service knew exactly what I wanted and helped me pick the perfect size. He has excellent customer service skills. I felt like a princess for a day. The transaction was smooth. Even picking up my ring, I felt like their #1 VIP. It was an amazing experience. Loved it.

When I got a ring for my wife at Tiffany’s and it was too big they were able to add a sleeve in a few minutes as I waited, to me that is good service. I asked the guy if I can get that band removed as I waited for maybe an hour max last time they added it and they said “ if her ring gets too tight it takes 10 minutes to have it removed” Today the guy says “we will only send it to New York The jewelers are there we are a boutique” I asked him for a recommendation, he had pulled up my file he knows the piece I’m talking about continued to say the same thing although I asked him for a recommendation that I didn’t want to do that, It is good customer service to modify in size stuff like a tailor or a jeweler and of course they do but when they’re not selling a new piece some of these people play these games and to me that is not good customer service if that is the truth and they don’t have anybody to size things which I doubt then they should be able to recommend a professional jeweler and if that’s what Tiffany’s has come to that they are not able to do that stuff wow.

OMG Tiffany in Woodland Hills is amazing which I’m not surprised. I got the famous heart neckless and the staff were very nice and chill. I had an amazing day getting a Tiffany neckless. I came back and also got a rosegold perfume it was a great shopping trip god bless Woodland Hills!

I went to look for a nice necklace today with my husband. While we were being helped, the gentleman who helped us started the conversation with us asking a personal information such as where we live, what we do, and where we are from etc. Eventually, most of the conversation was about asking questions that had nothing to do with the jewelry that I was looking for. He didn’t even pay attention to the necklace that I was trying. It was the worst shopping experience that I had in my life and, believe me, I am not young. If I came to spend thousands of dollars in the store, I expect better service and respect. They need better sensitivity training when dealing with customers.

I absolutely love coming to this location. I made my first connection with Scott Berg and he's been my go to guy since we first met here 2 years ago. He's extremely attentive and highly experienced so his recommendations are taken very seriously. I've purchased several items from this store since I first met Scott and he also makes it really easy to search not only search for specific items but also having them either delivered or picked up with ease. Lastly, I occasionally receive invitations to special events and I really enjoy those when I am able to attend. As long as Mr. Berg is around they're keeping my business close to the Topanga home!

The manager Michelle is extremely rude. I assume because I am younger, she had the need to feel snobbish towards me. This is not my first purchase at the store, but will definitely be my last due to her lack of good customer service. The new Tiffany lovestruck bracelet is very poorly made, and it was a gift received less than a week ago.. she said I could not do a return or a refund because I wore it I was just trying to exchange not even get a refund. I also asked for it to be cleaned and she refused. Her only suggestion was that I spend $130 to send it in to get a clasp installed on it. I would rather drive 45 minutes to the Beverly Hills location because I know they treat their clients decently, which is part of the Tiffany experience. This picture was taken less than 24 hours of receiving the bracelet. I know silver scratches, but this is very cheap looking and unacceptable.

terrible management. I just tried to go in and order a new strap for my tiffany watch. They sent me to the back where there is a giant line of people waiting, and only one person working. The person working didn’t even look at me after five minutes of me standing there to try to get an idea of how long it would take. Literally could not get the workers attention so I asked for a manager. She told me she had no idea how long it would take and there was no way to put my name on the list and literally I had no way to order a new strap unless I waited for however long it takes. I’m genuinely confused. I felt like I was in a Target LOL

I had such a wonderful time yesterday buying my first pair of Tiffany earrings. Athena made this possible. She is so kind, sweet and welcoming. Athena made my shopping experience fun and I look forward to seeing her for my next shopping trip. Athena did not make me feel like my purchase was too small nor did she make me feel awkward. Thank you Athena for going above and beyond and helping my ears look beautiful. You are truly the best!!! Xo

I just finished up all of my holiday shopping at Tiffany's at Topanga Mall. I love this location. And considering it is Christmas eve, it was very busy but everyone from the door security to my sales person was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were out of a few things I wanted but ended up finding them for me in the back of the store as they had just arrived. I can find something for everyone here, family and work associates. I can't wait to hand out my blue boxes tomorrow! Thank you guys and I look forward to returning soon!
