I would give 0 star if I can. That Indian lady told me I need to purchase a box even though my items is no box no label needed just need to scan the QR code. If you can’t do your job right don’t be there and waste people time.

Very rude employee BJ or VJ not sure what his name is, I went to return an item from amazon , he asked me to purchase a bag from them, the instructions clearly say no box or bag needed when I told him He Said ' I cannot teach you'

The service here is unbelievable. I go to where people are kind and knowledgeable, NOT WHERE ITS LESS EXPENSIVE. Their prices are the same at most UPS Stores but like I said the Manager Daniel is patient and knowledgeable and he walked me through a huge mess that I created with important documents that needed to be emailed. There are still kind people in this world, you just need to let others know where.Stay Safe and God Bless.Dianna D.
