I STRONGLY URGE PEOPLE NOT TO USE THIS BUSINESS FOR YOUR TAXES. I'd like to start off by letting you know that Julio does not know anything about taxes I had to go to another more reliable tax prepare who assisted me with amending my TWO tax years (17&18) that Julio did for me. It turns out I should have been receiving a refund and not owing the IRS. This guy does not know a thing about preparing taxes and I had to learn the hard way. He also charges you and arm and a leg for pearing your taxes. He's a RIP off and does not know what he is doing with your taxes. I urge you to use a different tax preparer .

Told us that we are paying for our due income tax but he charged us for his fee. Also deducted a fee from the tax returns on top of it.. lied to our faces. These people take advantage of everyone and lie to you getting you back the bare minimum for your taxes. He also marked down false information on the filing papers and tried to correct it with a pen after he filed it.. filing a complaint with BBB and IRS I hope you lose your license!

These are not the kind of people you want to do your taxes,unless you like paying fines and then get audited. I asked for a simple task from Julio and he lagged on it for so long that i ended up getting a fine from the IRS. a year later i got an audit. When i do my taxes with someone i expect that they understand the responsibility of what that means to undertake that task. They will never get back to you in a proper timing and will just lie about what they did or did not do. I guess this is why they only have one review, i blame myself a bit for not checking up on this company before. This ended up costing me thousands of dollars and lost countless nights of sleep and as you know the stress that comes with it. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
