I took my son here after school and he ordered from the new menu, a chicken quesadilla combo. First we were overcharged and when I brought it to the woman's attention at the drive-thru she was very defensive and had a poor attitude. We just paid what was asked however this was the second time that we were overcharged at this location. Typically the people here are nice but we usually go in the evening not in the afternoon. Their management needs to step your game up and make sure that their prices are accurate to reflect the menu. Well my son enjoys the food I typically do not order. He always orders the chicken quesadilla which previously had always had very little chicken inside and very little cheese.

I am on the fence about taco bell. I worked there my first job. They make everything from fresh good stuff and back then they had great bargain 59 cent items, simple taco and bean burritos . Now try have really gotten away from being a bargain low budget pace to get some simple food. Theyake these elaborate things now that are very god but expensive for same food you get at fast food places, try close like 11 or midnight. So these trucks around have been a way beterbargain . I go to Taco Bell spend like 15 bucks and I am still hungry . Can't but few taco and fee bean burritos without shellong out more than 10 bucks . And there portions are small. Don't get me wrong , Iove taco bell. .the flavors are way better then del taco. But there. Premium items at Taco Bell have gotten expensive and small portions. I love gorditied but there small and 5 bucks or more each. I don't like the processed steak yet bring in, I like there beef like ground beef. I think taco bell lost there way in what it always was , lots of good for less then anywhere else. Foor when you don't want to spend a lot of money and be full. It was never gourmet food. Simple ingredients for simple items tat you would buy 5 or 6 of and be full. The places inside any fast food is not an atmosphere. It's few tables like a cafeteria. Taco Bell is a drive through take home kinda place to me. For ten bucks I don't get full. 20 bucks to get full and that's not the cost I want for the simple food I lieay taco bell. Get a burritos supreme sometime try are not bigg at all I used to eat 1 and be good now it's like 2 or 3cewusls the one I used to get. I lie the flavor try have always had, better than other low budget places. It's either be more lie what they used to be or take the step and serve real carne asada like the trucks , not the processed stuff try call steak. Sorry taco bell I still love you, but te direction with the cheap ingredients you use is not what I want and why don't you have milkshakes, thats often what makes my decision. I want a good milkshake and eat til I am stuffed for close to 10 bucks. I spend 16 to 20 to eat til I am stuffed . That's what taco bell has gotten away from. Good simor stuff til you are very full. Stuff is expensive now and days . When try had the value items come out was the same thing stuff was expensive but at Taco Bell you could buy value items cheap and that's where taco bell made us want to eat there , it's turned into another billing dollar corporation where irscal about the bottom line and in the end it's just taco bell. Add all the fancy items you want but yats not the customers taco bell appeals to. It's the lower income class people you should help in the world , the good can be great, your name is golden for cheap food by the volume. I still eat there once in a while but as I got older and make more money . I found value at other places. I still support taco bell but if I think about going there, about it's lost of focus on it's value it gave to people

The staff here are pushing thru, service with a smile. I was impressed with the speed and focus they showed when I brought Daniel (Age 12) over to split a Nachos Belgrande (my go to) and some tacos. If you haven’t tried it, try the frozen baja blast… Daniel is way into it. They ain’t messing around at this T-Bell, Folks!

Ordered some thing online to be picked up from drive through the system said your order is ready when I pulled up the young small guy that was working on Friday 07/21/23 at 8:30 no one speaks English in that restaurant including Manager!! That small guy was rude and made me wait off line even due my order was ready just to make people upset bad service never will go there if I could give them Zero I would Zero is not enough, bad people bad service 0% satisfied, hoping that they didn’t spit on my food.

I don’t go in just drive thru. I love their cheapie tacos. I imagine there’s nothing good in there for me but I just love how they taste. I guess I’m still a junk Food junkie at heart.
