Aaron is amazing!!! I called over the phone and his customer service was the best. He helped me with everything I needed. His store is near my job and I normally goto another one by my house. But I’ll definitely be coming here going forward.

Service is terrible. I lost the back clasp from my earring and went to the store for a replacement. (I have had this happen before and I was able to get a new one at other Swarovski locations). This store does not offer or even know about this service, I asked for help making an online purchases (if you do not have this in the store), the clerk refused to help, she told me to do it myself. The supervisor does not answer. The service is bad, the selection is bad, don't waste your time in this store. I have been a Swarovski customer for 20 years. This place is not Swarovski.

Not sure why there are negative reviews. I was greeted by a male employee and was told if I wanted to see anything and if I did to let him know. I showed him what I wanted to see and he even brought out the rose gold version. I told him it was a gift and he wrapped it up. Nice location and very clean.

I purchased a jungle beats parrot ornament from this location the week before Christmas as a gift for a member of my family.When I went to wrap the gift I noticed the box was empty and did not contain the ornament. Due to the holidays I was not able to return until the day after Christmas. I explained this to the employees of the store of what happened and they said they would ship the item to me within the next few days.A week went by without the item showing up. I called and asked what was taking so long. The store then accused me of stealing the item and that they were sure they had put it in the box. The manger wasn’t available to fix the issue until they returned from out of town.Almost another week went by and I finally received a call saying the item was going to be delivered.Not only did the store not give me the item I purchased on the date, they then wasted several weeks of what was supposed to be a Christmas gift and lied to me on multiple occasions. This will be the final time I shop at this location and I highly suggest the district manager look into the capability of their employees.

The displays are superb. The product of course is amazing and quite beautiful. The employees and the back of house that a customer sees leaves a great deal to be desired. This is a small Swarovski store and with what little space they have they've done a great deal with their displays. But the register counter area is a train wreck. Sloppy and poorly organized. They opened their office door to retrieve an item of mine and what I could see was messy and sloppy. My item was thrown in a cardboard bin along with a lot of other items for customers. There was little attention to cleanliness and the office supplies they had at the register was surprising. For a store that Prides itself on crystal clear beauty, to see a plastic bin full of different kinds of pens, at the bottom of which was dirty and filled with dust, was disappointing. Why not take the opportunity to have customers use the Swarovski pens so they could see how great they write?! The quality of customer care and impeccable display that was evident when the Swarovski stores first opened has fallen by the way side. Put simply, I expect more from a store of this caliber

I wasn't planning to buy anything.. but I went in and go on a lookie lookie walk and came across the star wars characters, batman & superman and Tom & JerryI was purely entertained ?I'm so so tempted to get the baby Yoda crystal.... but I didn'tMaybe I'll go back for Yoda & baby Yoda

There is a girl with curly hair Works at the stor She said she was from Syria I told the girl that's GIGI HADID AND BELLA HADID Are not welcome in Israel . And she told me that I'm not welcome in her store because I'm Jewish She's entisemetic And that's discrimination And Someone need to contact me or I will go to the press and social media about your store in tapanga Westfield mall this girl should be fired.

My friend bought a bracelet for his fiancé at this location . Very nice collection of beautiful crystal and classy designs. Sahar was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and patient with us . Swarovski customer service has always been the best

Don't shop at this store. Drive a bit and go to the Northridge one. Their system always has a problem and their employees don't know what to do. I got disappointed not once but three times here.

I ordered a necklace from this store for my wife's birthday. They sent me an e-mail that I can go to pick up the order during the store's working hours. Finally, I took time off from work I arrived at the store, I saw that the store was closed. After waiting for half an hour, I called the store by phone, but unfortunately no one answered the phone and no notice were posted outside the store, but the store lights were on. Half an hour later, just as I was talking to their customer service, a lady opened the store. Unfortunately, she ignored my words when I said, "I came to pick up my order."She entered the store and locked the door without noticing my presence! She did not even explain to me that, contrary to the email sent to me, why is the store completely closed? I have never seen a client suffer like this in any other store or company!!!?????????????????? On the other hand, when I sent an email to the customer relations unit, they said that they would respond to me within two working days. After more than five working days, I did not receive any answer! This shows that the company does not care about its customers at all! In my opinion, the customer service of this company is extremely awful. I had ordered this product for my wife birthday, and I wished I had never made this mistake. I strongly advise you not to buy from this company.

Disaster costumer service!!! We went inside the store with my mom And fiancé and we were shopping couple things from them .while my fiancé was paying, we were choosing Ring and different stuff to buy, one of the employees came to ask with a really bad attitude asked if we are not buying we should go out . I never saw that kind of behavior and customer service in any stores!! I do not appreciate that

Absolutely worse customer service that i ever experienced , If you want to enjoy of your shopping experience STAY AWAY from this Swarovski store! Hopefully their management can address their employees behaviors!!!!!!
