I had 2 Indian rugs cleaned by Superior Rugs. They worked patiently with my schedule, picked up each rug and did a great job thoroughly cleaning the rugs. They brought the rugs back and put them in place. They appear new again!

Thank you so much! The service was truly superior. You picked up eleven rugs of various sizes from 3x5 to 11x15 to various types (cowhide, wool, shag, kilim). You brought them back within a week with no damage and all were clean. They were put back in their original spot and we’re very happy.

Outstanding service! I have a beautiful blue very old Tibet rug I bought in Kathmandu fifty years ago. The moths got at it and ate away a 4 square inch patch. I took it to Superior Rug Repairs, hoping for the best. I picked it up today. They had washed the rug and it looked beautiful. I could not find where they had repaired the moth damage. I inspected the rug carfully, could not find where it had been repaired. I still don't know. The color blending was flawless. I was amazed. These people are master craftsmen!

Excellent, excellent, service! Have a flokati rug, which was in great need of cleaning - and these type of rugs have special requirements, including having to be air dried. Shane and his crew did a superior job and we couldn't be more pleased.

I would never consider using anyone other than Shane to clean my rugs. They pick up & deliver and give a good price. The job they do is superb. I had them clean a monster rug that I bought at Auction, they picked it up at the Auction house, cleaned it and bought it to my home.

Very good service, I called them. They came and picked up the rugs, one of them Danish Wool, and cleaned them incredibly well for a decent price. Always pleasant to talk to and they returned my rugs in less than half the time that they said they would. They will get all my return business.

I have taken all of my Persian rugs to Shane and not only does he have knowledge about what provinces the rugs come from but he’s so knowledgeable about how they’re made and what they’re made of. He’s even given me advice on their values and how best to take care of them. Every rug I’ve left with him has been cleaned beautifully and carefully and in some cases, even repaired extremely well. Shane is very friendly and very easy to talk to and knows the business inside and out. I highly recommend Superior Rug!

After 11 years it was time to have our area rugs deep cleaned. Superior Rug Services was highly recommended. We weren't disappointed! All of the rugs came back looking like new! In addition to cleaning the rugs they also were able to help us replace the mats for the rugs. Shane was very helpful! The pick up and drop off service is superior. They moved all the furniture when they took the rugs away and replaced everything when they returned the clean rugs. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.
