Title: Terrible Experience at Sun-ray CleanersI recently had an extremely unpleasant experience at this place (not the firsttime). The guy exhibited a consistently bad attitude, making the entire process unpleasant. To make matters worse, I noticed that they overcharged me when I wasn't paying close attention, showcasing a lack of honesty and integrity "don't trust him and always calculate the total" when you catch him he's going to tell you the prices always been that and then try to pretend he's giving you a discount (be careful of that guy).What shocked me the most was witnessing their mistreatment of an elderly lady. The guy's rude behavior towards her was completely unacceptable. It's disheartening to see a business that not only lacks professionalism but also engages in dishonest practices.I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of this place unless improvements are made in both their customer service and ethical business practices.

Great cleaners plenty of parking and very easy to find the service is amazing it's a family owned business and they are always so polite. They do an amazing job and it's done professionally and clean. There turnaround time is fast and the prices are very reasonable. Will definitely recommend them I would never change them to any other institution.Thank you so much for always being so helpful and with great service .

From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with a friendly atmosphere. The staff were knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I had. The quality of the dry cleaning services was far beyond my expectations, and at a reasonable price. Overall, I couldn't have been happier with my experience at Sun-Ray Cleaners and I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a quality dry cleaning experience.

Previous reviewers have complained of this place being dirty etc, however you must keep in mind how much money you are paying per night. For example, we paid 1500rs a night, hence we understood that the hotel was not going to be perfect, but for the price I was impressed and would recommend it. The room was clean enough, the water was hot, the wifi was free and fast and the staff friendly. The only down fall was that the room was a bit damp. They also have a reasonable resturant on site. Check it out, you could do a lot worst.

Called in about next day service. Ari was extremely helpful! Not only did he come through, and get my clothes finished in a rush, but they were looking better than ever. Ari was not only extremely helpful but also very friendly. It was nice sharing a few laughs with him when I was there. Definitely coming back to this place, and I highly recommend it to others.

I called Asking about a Dry cleaning service I have never got anything dry cleaned before so I wanted to ask the guy to explain the process to me he was not willing to explain the process to me was very rude on the phone. I wouldn't recommend coming here just because the owner seems to have a very very bad attitude I would go somewhere else and go spend your money somewhere else or they will be nice to you and treat you with respect anytime you are going into a business you should always be treated kindly and with respect. I wouldn't be surprised if they started losing customers or don't even have customers coming back. You're better off finding somewhere else.

I couldn't wait to leave a review for this location. We needed 2 suits a silk dress and a blazer dry cleaned in a day and they were able to get it done for us. I could tell they were busy but I am so happy they helped us in our situation. It was around total $40 which was a good price for us! This truly is a local small business and I will be supporting this location going forward. The man and woman I never got a chance to get their names but very sweet and understanding. Thanks again!

if i could rate it a 0 a would. the old lady is very nice she wrote down my order. but what i didn't check was that she didn't write down a coat i brought. i took in 7 pieces and she wrote down 6. when i went to go pick up my clothes there is only 6 pieces. and turns out they lost my coat. her son that works there was so rude saying that it didn't make sense. while i was trying to explain that she must have not written it down but that i brought a navy blue coat. he just kept going on how it didn't make sense and was rude about it. yes it's my fault that i didn't double check the receipt before leaving but still. don't recommend this place terrible service and will lose your clothes. even when walking in there is clothes on the ground and it's not the best!
