This is a great facility, my wife and I got a 10 x 12. Big & clean. Dora @ the front office was amazing and made everything super easy to get signed in. Overall a great experience. Thank you Dora!

I used to store at Storage Etc in Chatsworth and now I'm here at their smaller location in Canoga park. Another great facility with great management. Dora is sweet and very helpful. Prices are a bit higher than Public Storage but I heard Public puts their prices up soon after you move in and access hours are not nearly as good as Etc. Yes there are rat traps everywhere but I've never seen one so they must be working. Storage places can attract rats if tenants store trash but the management seems to take it seriously and that's all I care about. It's a nice place and easy access until 9pm which is the best in the area as far as I can tell. Recommended.

I was across the street at public storage, which was good till they looked to increase the unit I was in 3 time in one year. I do not reward this type of behaver. I walked across the street to Store ECT. and got a one year contract and I am now moving to a larger unit for about what my increase at public storage.
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, I found the whole process quite easy. Now I am moving my unit across the street to Storage Ect. They made it easy for me and I highly recommend them if you are looking for a storage space.

Rat infested closets, horrible customer service, employees are collectors, "that's it!". No human compassion whatsoever. In 2011 I rented a space here and it was like a small storage garage for a few years. This year, March did the same for smaller, rat infested, open top & bottom, desperate move and 3x more. Been there once since March from threat of lien and auction. Company does not care about your storage, customer service, only rent regardless of your situation. No compassion, understanding, just pay. Auctioned my "stuff" off with no due process. Illegal practices, ho to EZ Storage, clean, kind, sealed storage spaces. Do not fall for the banana in the tailpipe with Storage Etc., they will have you sign your own death certificate, say $1 first month, then charge you after two weeks prorated. Turnover rate and employees come a dime a dozen. No consistency, different story, different day, hour, month. They'll be out of business soon, thankfully. Investment idea?, homeless pods.

The staff over here where great with helping me. I live close by but they were rented up for 5x5 units but did check their other properties, but I didn't want to go to far as I don't drive and this is within walking distance to me.

Jenniffer the assistant manager was friendly and took the time to show me some units but still didn't have the right size I needed a 20x20 she checked other locations but did not find one that was open at this time.

My wife and I used Storage Etc a number of years ago and had as fine an experience as one could have using a storage facility. This past week, during a move, we returned to the facility and Dora was still there, remembered my name and grinned ear to ear, seeming happy to have us back! What an unexpected greeting from what is a typically just a dull transaction! From there, she set us up with a convenient unit, and helped us with the right price. This is the kind of place you need: Simple, less expensive and easy access. Thanks again Dora!

We wanted to upgrade to a larger unit and Dora was able to process the upgrade over the phone and we signed the documents remotely. The entire process took less than 10 minutes. Great job Dora!
