Staff and people do not help at all. No service to the one inside. I worked night and day to clean it and they were left downstairs empty-handed. ????

Every morning, I get a disrespectful employee, a male. He puts his music so loud that I have asked to lower it down, and he will not. Instead, he puts the volume up. He has curse me out every time I ask. His music is in his language. Why can that employee listen to his music in a headset? I go to this location around 12A.M. -5A.M.

SoCal Wash & Fold, Canoga Park is, by far, the best one I've ever used.
Always clean, machines work and if in need of repair are maintenanced in a timely manner.
This place is open 24 hours and always has an attendant on duty (which is very unusual) and cameras, which is nice since I am by myself usually doing laundry.
Nice TVs and a restroom.
They have a frequent user card you can put money on to which earns you free washes after so many, but also have change machine for quarters.
I guess they only thing that's frustrating sometimes is finding a cat to use, but that all depends on the amount of people there at the same time.
It's in the parking lot of Vallarta, McDonald's El Pollo Loco, Panda Express, Subway so you could get a bite to eat or get your groceries.
They are a chain and have multiple locations throughout the valley.
I truly appreciate the professional way this laundromat is run.
Makes my weekly task of laundry easy.
I always look forward to having my hang out wait time in my car.

The girls there are very professional and I don’t think anything will get lost but today I had to call to see if I had clothes there to pick up and some young man answered with the worst customer service attitude! Sounded like a spoiled teenager that couldn’t be bothered. I called the number on the web site but I was routed to this person. He said he was going to call me back but never did! Yikes!!! If I had to deal with this person all the time I would definitely never go there again. Very rude.

I go here all the time, the ladies that work here have always been helpful, and are constantly cleaning the place, they can get very busy, but that's to be expected ?

Excellent, clean laundromat, that's open 24 hours. Good parking, (I came after 8 pm). Takes quarters and credit cards. Also has in store shop for laundry needs (detergent, fabric softener ECT)ONLY complaint, the younger lady who worked in the store. Didn't really have good customer service skills. She didn't say "Hello", when I greeted her. Not did she say "You're welcome" when thanked. She also slammed my change, in the counter

PRICES.socal wash only has ONE row of washers for small loads starting at around $1-2 while they have like 2-3 rows of wasgers starting at 4.50 and up. very inconvenient to pay 4.50 for a few shirts and pants because there’s not enough small washers and you damn near have to do laundry early around 1 or 2 in the morning if you want to come when the place isnt packed and the small washers arent taken.

Do not bring your laundry here, unless you want it to go missing! I paid for their laundry, fluff and fold services. When my laundry was returned, several items were missing. Management does not return calls or address any issues. Stay away.

Quick wash and dry, great machines, spacious for ok value and easy to use with credit card. Lots of parking.

Excellent place. Worth going for the massage chair. Prices are not bad. Only negative was, it was my first time there and I had questions for the female staff. She seemed upset to "bother" her. Oh yeah, they even had a water machine 25 cents per gallon.

La lavanderi esta bien pero pesimo service yo voy de madrugada no hay nadie si quieres ir al baño. Nose puede porque esta cerrado y no hay quien atienda la lavanderia esta completamente sola y no hay servico las 24 horas. Ya sea para comprar jabon baño o cualquier emergencia pesimo sevicio.
