These guys are awesome!!! I bought a pair of Birkenstock sandals and needed to have some adjustment holes added because my foot is so narrow. They made the holes perfect and charged me a reasonable fee to do it. Great service!

I'm happy I made the decision to used to fix my used pair of designer shoes and Jordan's . I highly recommend asking for Derek or Jose . Shoe lan did a great cleaning service .

DO NOT bring your shoes here. They ruined my Valentino sandals. I went in for a repair due to the front part of my sandal detaching. Initially the man was very nice and said he could repair my sandal. So I felt confident in leaving them. Once I picked them up I noticed my sandal was covered in some type of glue or adhesive. I asked the man if he would maybe clean them up a bit which he was hesitant on but agreed to do so. I returned back to the store after an hour to pick up my sandal once again and it was no different. He said he did what he could but that it would have to stay that way since it was glue. I was so upset because they were practically new. I got my sandal stuck in between the deck wood which caused it to tear. I told the man that I didn't understand why there was so much adhesive all over my sandal. He very rudely said if I didn't like the job that was done he would refund me but could no longer help me or repair my shoe. Horrible experience here and such a waste of time! My sandal is now ruined and Valentino will not repair it due to its current condition (all the adhesive on the shoe). I would give this place zero stars if I could.

Incredibly nice people and exceptional work. I brought in my Coach heels that I've had for many years and worn practically to death. They brought them back to life and made the torn leather look like it never happened. I can't thank them enough!

Jose is a master at what he does. I have bought him all my Argentine Tango shoes for repairs for years. I cannot tell the differences between his impeccable repairs and the original shoes. I would not go elsewhere with such important shoes. I highly recommend Shoe Lab - Topanga Plaza. Evelyne

Got my Gucci foam posits resoled they said they would paint a part of the side of the shoe the original color but made it a nasty black color instead. The parts they did repair was okay but some parts where they could have made an effort they just said"eh it looked bad before but since it's 80% fixed why make it 90%" showed me that it's lazy old men here who just want to take your money. Overpriced for half ass job.
