Apparently Sherwin-Williams DOES NOT stand by their own product! After extensive research on how to change the color of my vinyl windows WITHOUT spending thousands of $$ replacing my windows I thought I found a solution too good to be true. Came across this revolutionary product (see article in photos) and went in to the Canoga Park, CA location where the Asst Mgr Aaron had no clue about this product and continues to say "there's always false information on the internet, where did you see that article?"and profusely recommended against painting a dark color over a light one as it can buckle the substrate. I pointed out it came DIRECTLY from SW website and read him the claims SW clearly put in their article as that is not the case any longer as he continues to take the stance of if he doesn't know about it it doesn't exist. I asked for his manager, "oh sorry out on leave". He calls the powers that be and is told his original recommendation stands as going from light to dark will damage the vinyl and if I did, I "proceed at my own risk"!? It's recommended that "you gradually go from light to dark". What the actual hell Sherman-Williams, this IS NOT what it states in your article!? So at almost a hundred dollars a gallon how many coats would you recommend I paint ALL my windows and doors to gradually get my white vinyl to an appropriate enough color to get to an espresso color!?

Briana, the manager, is extremely knowledgeable equaled by her professional customer service. We our painting our home and our paint contractor was short on paint due to a miscalculation. She contacted multiple stores to compile our paint and also drove herself several times to pick up paint from other stores. Briana gives all her customers the VIP treatment.

I just started shopping around for paint for my home and I have to say I've never had better service in any industry like I've experienced at this location by Josh. Very professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for paint and 100% sending directly to Joshua Morton. Just wow! I'm thoroughly impressed and I only wish that everyone has just as good an experience as I've had. I'll be referring everyone in the market for paint to this Josh. Thanks again and greatly appreciate the help!
