Overpriced the last several years. Rashid that works there is nice if you are nice. Unfortunately the place take some graffiti which is not fault of workers. They try their best to watch out for the place.

This gas station has an attendant that cheat people out of money.Today my dad walked in handed the attendant 40 dollars 20 for gas and 20 for lottery tickets, he immediately put it in the cash register and refused to give my father the tickets said he only handed him a 20. Would not review camera, other people waiting in line said this is not the first time this happened. They had also been victims.I expect some answers.!!

I've come to this location many many times. I've tried to put bad experiences past me. Their is one man in particular that is so rude/ disrespectful. When there's a issue he just yells at you. This is not the way to treat a customer. I've spent money and time stopping here, I will now go out of my way just to be treated like a decent customer. Customer service is your business. I'm not asking for much; just simple proper customer service. This place does not deserve the business when other places are starving for business and treat a customer respectfully.

Well. It was one of those nights where my tank was close to hitting empty and I had a long, grueling 55-minute commute on a Friday night with possibilities of increased traffic sprinkled by spontaneous accidents. I usually take the long road down De Soto until I hit the freeway entrance and did my due diligence of observing all the available gas stations before pulling in to Shell. I waited a few minutes and finally landed an open pump. The machine was filthy. You can see it from the picture. Scuffed writing and signs everywhere. Dirty, worn-out keyboards. A dirty, scrappy paper note saying that the printer is broken even though a receipt was printed and left there. The dirty presentation of this gas station didn't make me feel all that safe, but I can gladly say that the only positive thing about this was seeing a full tank of gas that didn't cost me $48 dollars for the first time in months.

Stopped by to get gas. Same experience as the Arco down the road. Would not let me use my credit card for pay at the pump. Would only let me use a debit card. The point to pay at the pump is convenience and not being able to use my credit card is inconvenient. It told me to go see the cashier. I moved on...........

I asked for 91 type gas. D*** b**** gave me 87. Then proceeds to tell me it's my fault. Avoid at all costs. The d*** lady up front can't even put in the type of gas you'd like in correctly. Lmfao

This is the 2nd time I'm having a HORRIBLE experience at this gas stop. The gym I go to is right next door & even though it would be most convenient to use this gas stop, I'm literally never coming back again. It was after hours (2:50 AM) & I paid with cash, yet instead of giving me the gas amount I paid for, the pump stopped at $10. After I went back to ask what happened to the rest of the amount I paid for, the cashier just laughed & said "what rest? You only gave me 10." I'm appalled. DO NOT GO HERE, you will get ripped off & mistreated. If I had more patience & if I didn't have work early in the morning, maybe I'd stick around & ask for the camera footage, but since I have to be up fairly early & the amount of money wasted wasn't as drastic as my 1st visit here, calling this a pricey lesson will just have to suffice.

My wife was unusually excited about getting gas here when we went to the valley to visit her parents. Truthfully, i think she likes this place because it has a $8 drive though car wash and their gas seems to be the cheapest in the area. They do have a cash and credit price, we didn't have any cash on us so we paid with a credit card, it was more expensive then if we had paid with cash but they were still cheaper than the other local stations. Something, i thought was funny is that they have a huge assortment of baseball hats that are for sale. I will go here again.

I don't come to the Valley much any more but when I do I get gas here. They have the cheapest price for gas in the area but you have to pay with cash to get that price. If you pay with a card it is a few cents a gallon more. As such, I try to always have cash when I get gas here but today I didn't. Even though I used a card today the price was still cheaper than the station down the street. Overall, the car wash here is great, the prices are good for the area and I will continue to get gas here when I am in the Valley.

Fair prices here and there. Could be crowded around 2:30 to 3:00. Pumps take a min to come on after card is in, otherwise cashiers inside are usually helpful. Remind them they have some of the best prices around here and they gotta keep them that way. This has been my only gas station for months.
