On more than one occasion I have gone in with my granddaughter to buy her products from your store. One more time she has asked the associates for help, they give her 10 seconds of their time and then run to someone else. These young girls are the future of makeup and they will;l remember where they have been treated badly. My granddaughter loves makeup and his very good in applying it, I have no issues spending money on decent makeup, the issue is I will not spend my money at places where we are treated badly or they just do not give a crap about her. Sorry you lost my business.

I usually don't wear makeup, and have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to it but luckily today I was helped by Samantha and Bria P who both really made this experience enjoyable, and smooth. I always feel so intimidated by all the different options of makeup but they both took their time to show and explain different brands and why one might be better for me. I have severe eczema and they really helped me find products that will benefit my skin rather than dry it out more. I wish more employers were as patient and thorough as they are! I'll definitely be asking for them when I come back - thank you so much ladies! 10/10 amazing customer service.

I came here today to look around and ask for help about my skin and what type of make up to use. It was also my birthday and I wanted to collect my free birthday gift. I was greeted and asked for help and they were so nice to help me immediately. They showed me some products to help the redness in my face go down. They also showed me some medium coverage foundation that was still light weight. I got a lip gloss and mascara as my free birthday gift and bought a mini size facial spray that I'm hoping will help. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and I look forward to coming back and buying the other items I tried out today!

DO NOT GET a SEPHORA credit card!!!!!! A total scam. Closed it because the limit was not worth it, the. They charges a interest fee and wouldnt close, I thought it was closed called back yo close again, then got a late fee, called on the due date livid and made sure it was closed but they gave me another late ans fought with me that it was the day after when I have it on my call log. They wont let me go! Terrible terrible credit card. As far as the store, go to ULTA way better service without having representatives from all the brands over selling there product and saying its better then what you usually buy. I ended up with a skin allergy from the skin care, over paid on gair product, they said was better then morrocan oil, before I realized these people work for the company, worse manipulative sales tatic!! I will never shop there again, give it to a mom and pop or US boutique supplier, I am pretty sure this company is chinese based.

Don't be fooled everyone but this was my first time going to Sephora. I've never been a makeup gal as I usually prefer to go natural, but once in a while I will throw on some foundation and a friend pointed out to me that I had the wrong one for my skin tone. I went into Sephora and found a wonderful employee named Camila to help me find the correct shade. She attempted to use a computer program that scans my forehead to find the correct shade and after trying four or five times, it did not work so she spent time and manually helped me until we found the correct shade. She also informed me they have makeup tutorial classes which I will most definitely try to sign up for. They also do eyebrow waxing and have a couple of other services that I knew nothing about. I signed up for their membership and was informed you get a small gift for your birthday and can stack up on points for free items as well. For singing up she also gave me a free mascara which I'm excited to try out. I got their Sephora brand foundation for $20 and their primer for $16. The store is packed with people but they have tons of employees inside to help if you need it.

Had my make up done for my brothers wedding. Never had too much experience with full face make up, I just usually put foundation and mascara most of the time. Samantha was amazing! She was so sweet and so knowledgeable. She definitely knew what she was doing because I didn't even have a picture to show her as an example but with my terrible explanation of what I'm looking for, she hit the nail on the head! I LOVED MY LOOK! Highly recommend her if you're in need for a professional make up artist. THANK YOU SAM! *also I loved her lipstick she was wearing and I bought one! I love the velvet look.

Understaffed as hell. REEKED of perfume, headache inducing. Downright the most intrusive experience I have ever had at a sephora. Customers and staff constantly bumping into eachother. I feel bad for your workers who have to deal with that every day. I couldn't last in there for even five minutes. If hell was a place on earth, it would be this place.

This is a SCAM as I purchased some and sprayed on heavy. I received no response like they claimed. I tried wearing 2 and at the Gym again with no response.Don't waste your money!!!!

Waited over over 20 minutes in line on a Saturday to pay for my items. They had only one cashier working. Line was almost to the entrance. Horrible service.

Everyone was sweet and nice except Rachel with brown hair. I just left Sephora and she had the worst attitude to provide samples even though one of them was a pump and I had my Sephora bag with some purchases.

Wouldn’t let my 14 year old daughter get the b-hydra serum JUST BECAUSE SHES SHORT and LOOKS YOUNg SHE HAS BAD ACNE she was crying so bad she’s really upset and the dermatologist said to me get it for her and it will work now she gonna be upset

My wife took me to this Sephora after eating dinner at Chessecake Factory since she wanted her makeup. When we walked inside, we were greeted by a worker and asked if we needed any help. My wife said she did so she got someone to help her. The other worker tried to match the color makeup my wife already had on. They went through like 3 different color until they found something similar. The employee was very nice and answered any questions my wife had. The best part also was that they can process your payment through their mobile machine now so no waiting in the checkout line. My wife had a good experience which is why I'm leaving a positive review.

The manager, Patty, is very unprofessional and has zero knowledge of Sephora policy. When I went to the store to talk to her, she literally turned her face and refused to talk to me, and on top of that, called the security on me. That infuriated me, and naturally, I started to yell to get her attention, and she said because I was yelling that she would not talk to me. The store would not pick up the phone for 10 minutes that I was on the line waiting for an answer, and that prompted me to go to the store because nobody was answering the phone and somehow I am at fault that they made a mistake, very unprofessional, and I hope that the store manager Vy will call me back and sort this all out!!

Not gonna lie I felt kinda bullied by one of the workers yesterday, I was just trying to scooch past her to get to Inkey list and she looked me up and down and said "yeah sounds about right." Girl what's wrong with Inkey List! lol
