I went to this place to exchange my shoes which i got it a week ago and wear it for an hour to check how comfortable is and got some scratches under the shoes, i was worrying if they will take it back from me.I talked to Frieda Zatz who is the manager of this location and explain what happened and she helped me with that and took the shoes back and let me exchange the shoes. they act so nice even when i bought the first shoes.

Not only was I greeted by rude staff but they had plastic packaging laying all over the store. I'm only giving them three stars because they had one nice employee to help with the shoe selection. Besides those two things this boutique carries some decent stuff. Just make sure not to say hello when you walk in the door.

I purchased a handbag for my daughter last year from their outlet store. The handbag lock needed to be fixed twice so I took it back to the outlet and after few back and forth they gave me a full credit. And then Corona happened!When they were open again I went to the Topanga mall with my friend and purchased a pair of shoes for myself and small handbag for my daughter. The handbag was on sale so I asked the sales person, who was a very nice young salesman, if I can exchange it if my daughter does not like it and he said yes of course.Then they closed the stores again I was stuck with a $400 handbag so we drove again to the outlet store to see if we can exchange it, they refuse and said only the store can do it. NOT THAT SALES ARE FINAL!So yesterday I heard the mall are open again so I drove to Topanga Mall to exchange the handbag and the sales person said we can not do it, I asked for the manager, waited for 5 minutes she showed up. I explained the story and told her that their sales person said I can exchange it. She handed me store policy and refuse to help me. She was Rude and very un professional with no sense of business or sales.I was in shopping mode! Nothing in the store was on sale so for me to exchange it I had to spend another 4 to 5 hundred minimum to by something.I will never buy from Ferragamo stores directly again. I shop at bloomingdale and get the best service possible.I can give the handbag to someone as present even donate it but for them they lost not only me but I make sure all my friends know about them.

My husband and I both love this location and make it a point to stop in when we are in the area. Excellent staff and management. Good selection of men's and women's, your bound to find something each time.

My husband and I had walked into many other luxury brand stores today and had never been greeted and treated so respectfully like we were by Evan at Ferragamo. We were looking into belts for my husband but fell head over heels for a beautiful pair of shoes for him. Not only was he very attentive, he helped my husband decided between the shoes and the belt. He was not pushy at all and we walked out more than happy. My husband than told me, "the only reason I gave into buying from this store is because of Evan!" (And the shoes of course!) we will definitely be returning for a matching belt soon and look forward to have Evan help us with our luxury needs.

My girl and I have been needing belts for a minute, so we had to get the best belts in the market. Service was A1, employees are very professional, respectful, and helpful. Will definitely come back for my Ferragamo needs. Big shout outs to Evan for being a cool person.

I personally really like Ferragamo i think they have great products ,nice designs that generally lost longer than other designer brands ive tried in the in the past. The salesman Evan at this location was SUPER professional my fiance and I decided to stop by to check out dresses shoes, in no way was he pushy for me to buy anything, he noticed a specific style and color that I was looking for they didn't have my size so he helped me find the correct size and was constantly in contact with me to get me the shoe that I wanted. He was super nice and super attentive and really helped me find the exact pair I wanted. Thereafter in the mail I also received a nice card written out to my fiance and I , thank for an amazing experience Evan definitely see him for your Ferragamo buying needs.

Great selection related to accessories for men. A bit pricey yet products are made to last. The whole picture represents a good buy. The down side appears to be their selections are geared towards the female taste for their needs as opposed to us guys. Hey....it appears all good either way. Thanks guys, nice selection, great service, and your welcoming staff drew me in!!! Will be back more often...keep up the good work!!! N.

I had the worst expierence ever, walked in looking for the perfect gift for someone special and was followed around like a fucken dog, seriously I couldn't even touch something because the guy was already starring at me or I couldn't even move because the guy was already following me I felt so uncomfortable I had to walk out and just go ahead and buy my present online... Seriously guys you guys have to be more discrete about walking around not following people like dogs justbecause I wasnt dressed high class or what ugh really piss me off!!
