This place is run by criminals! We bought an extended warranty at the time of purchase which was bogus & have been in a law suit with these guys for over two years. I urge you to do your homework & check out just how many times this joke of a company has been sued.

Very poor experience I will never be back they offered me 14,500 for my car made me take it to another dealership in Woodland Hills and they decided that since it had been repainted a few of the panels they would take $2500 off of the original price of this took three different appointments to do and finally when I was ready to sell it they drop the price, I don’t like this type of bait and switch tactic they expect a seven year old car to be in perfect condition and the original quote is on perfect dealership condition. I also do not like that the manager Samy at Woodland Hills told me the car looks great and they will just take some money off for the panels I did not know that some money meant 20% of the bid. I do not like this. Just be upfront with me and let me know ahead of time before I drive in traffic another half hour to find out after waiting 20 minutes for the rep to give me a check for way less than I thought. Pass. I left frustrated. Not cool.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE!!!!! - TOTAL SCAM ARTIST ALERT!1. They slapped on a total of $3370 in car warranties that I hadn't asked for.2. When I realized they did and requested to canceled THEY LIED and said I couldn't cancel.3. When the Warranty Companies gave me the written evidence that I effectively did have the right to cancel, they still refused and hang up on me.Needless to say, they are CROOKS.Please, do not do any business with them at all. Save yourself from this thievery.

Bought a used car in 2018 and cancelled extra services from 3rd party insurers, but the selling car dealer working at Auto Nation denies responsibility, and has stalled a refund for over $1,000 for non-existent services over the past year. Not a good buy here, at Auto Nation.

I got a good deal without a lot of haggling. The paperwork took longer than making the deal. Friendly people.

Right after having the car for a few months car went into transmission and engine failure. Had to trade it in for another car, very disappointed, the car itself was looking amazing but it didn't last. I ended up getting a newer car, this car was givin to me and it wasn't ready they all said, some Philippine lady suggested to come back a week or so to get it fixed, I just decided to trade it in, and deal with their service ever again. I know this review is now updated in 2020. But I only had that car from them for about 4 months. Then got a new 2017 Camry XSE. But thank god. This business has closed and no one cares anymore. This place was horrible.

Please, if you think about buying a used car , DO NOT GO HERE, in fact, run the other way!. The principal activity of this business is complete deceiving and unethical practices. Complete disregard about selling LEMON CARS.I purchased a used car from them, only to take it back 2 weeks after with mechanical problems. They told me it was "COINS IN THE DASHBOARD". I took it to 2 different places and booth diagnosed it as a transmission problem so, I took the car back a second time and asked them to fix it, which it took them 2 weeks so, I spent close to $800 in rental cars that their "LIMITED WARRANTY" did not cover. After all this , the cherry on top!. The temporary registration was about to expire so I called them and they kept giving me excuses , even saying that I did not pay for the registration fees which I had to prove to them that I DID!. So finally , they filed the transfer of ownership almost 3 months after I bought the car.It turns out I have been paying for a car loan for a car I didn't even owned even though I paid for it 3 months ago. I hope people can learn from my experience and this business closes for good. All the good reviews for this business must come from the owner or employees.

IF I COULD RATE THEM -100 I WOULD. They really don't care about a single person who comes on their lot. Unfortunately I have A LOT of experience with these people... First my boyfriend had his heart set on a certain car he saw online. He called to reserve it & when he showed up the next day they told him it was sold already. Then he was pretty much forced to buy another one because he really one.. for him being a first time buyer they charged him over $2000 in fees 21% apr on a $22,000 car.. then on top of that paid another couple thousand for their shitty warranty... a week after leaving the lot the car broke down & took more than $8000 to repair. The warranty didn't cover any of the issues that ended up happening. THEY DID NOT CARE. We tried calling every day. Even showing up there which sucks cause we live over an hr away... Worst part of it is, both of our mothers bought cars from them around the same time. We thought maybe the car he bought was just an unlucky lemon. But NO. All 3 of the cars had issues. BEWARE.
