Highly recommend this place!!!!
I’ve been looking for a good carwash that takes my 8.1ft jeep, I was referred to them by a couple of friends. I finally came here today and I must tell you that it’s worth every penny. Very professional staff and they take care of every detail.
My car was super dirty from inside and out and I was amazed by what I got back. They had to hand-wash it since it’s a bigger vehicle so they charged me a bit extra which is still a fare price for what I received in return. They were also kind enough to give it a nice shine on the interior which wasn’t included in the package I bought.

BEWARE , This place says red carpet it is NOT. The car was still dirty when it came out. Tried point it out to the manager or guy that tried to act like he was that sold me to quote him " you paid for the basic wash its not going to take off all the dirt". I showed him with a rag that the dirt can come off. They used the same 1 towel to dry the car and inside. There was still dust and dirt on the stering wheel, The seats, the floor. They didnt vacuum under the seats. I litteraly had to show them the black smudges they put around the car by using the same dirty towel. I tried to just show the guy and all he wanted to do was argue I paid fir the basic wash so I should expect there ti still be dirt on there. I'd say DONT DO IT. I would and have gotten a better clean from a drive through wash. These guys used the same chemical to clean the whole car. Had no water or wet towel to clean the interior. Basucally pushing dirt from one place to another. I go to car washes all the time. Even at the Basic level the car should still be clean, vacuumed, wiped out. Basically washed. I did mot expect a full detail , or for this level of bad service.

Just want to tell you takes picture of your car before and after,they damage my car and the non speaking manger that did not know anything about car give me nonsense explanation. Yesterday owner of car wash called he was rude and worse than manager.
I suggest to all of you make sure take a picture of your car.

But here's the problem with this place I found yesterday. So there's only 1 entrance. The line to get in extends quite a distance north of vanowen. The problem then lies in that if you're not a member then you have to wait in this long line to just enter the facility. And there are three kiosk stations and 2 are for members. Well I'm not a member and since there's no real organization to entering the facility, I went around the line and went in, into my kiosk. Some folks were frustrated with me, but I argue, had they known (if they weren't members) they could just go in to the guest kiosk then they should have. But again, this place though a great wash and post wash area, REALLY needs help organizing INTO THE FACILITY

Sometimes they do a great job, sometimes they don't; so, three stars. The last time I went, they left little dirt specks and streaks on the outside, and smudgy-looking areas on the leather dashboard inside. Other times I've gone and it's looked perfect.

My wife paid $59.00 dollars to wash my 2022 Tundra. What did you guys do that costs $60 dollars. My truck still looks the same and I’m going in for a refund tomorrow or you guys could actually make my truck right. Bottom line it’s a total rip off.

Came here for the first time today. Sat outside waiting for my car for AN HOUR AND A HALF. Nobody told me my car was ready an hour ago at any point and I was paying attention to EVERY worker that called out when a car was ready. I was not on my phone nor did I have headphones in so there’s no way I would’ve missed my car being called. Not only did I waste an hour sitting there, they parked my car in the parking lot well past their establishment so I had to walk over to grab it myself. I still tipped the guy but he would’ve gotten a better tip if not for this annoying mishap.

First and last time i go here. Seen this place for decades. Finally gave it a shot in september 2023 and they lost part of the knob for the mode shifter in my lexus is350 f sport. Picture attatched. I noticed it was missing after the wash and went back right away. The unprofessional clown named Pedro who called himself the manager was absolutely trash at dealing with the situation. First, he doesn't introduce himself to me or ask me what happened when the staff notified him of the situation. he just went to check the cameras while i waited for 40 minutes and his workers looked around. Imagine waiting 40 min without even being acknowledged by the “manager”. Finally I approach him asking what happened and he states that his worker swore it was not there when he washed the car and i must not have had it there to begin with since the camera couldnt prove it was there to begin with.
So now the guy who washed my car lies to save face because they cant find the part they lost and this joke pedro is telling me i never had it there to begin with after making me wait around for so long. He did not believe me one bit, he was dead set on believing i was lying and was trying to get a free knob out of them and really wanted to waste my saturday morning like that. I finally said he would have to just pay for the part and after much retaliation he reluctantly said “okay fine bring me the receipt we’ll pay for it”. I made him put it in writing since he was acting so aloof like he just wanted to get rid of me, i didnt believe he would be true to his word. He wrote it on a business card like a elementary schooler, picture attatched. After looking for the part online, theres literally no replacements online unless i change out the entire center piece for a couple hundred dollars. At that point i just took the L cause its too much of a headache and i know they wont ever pay for that. It irks me every time i shift thru sport modes and touch that knob knowing if i didnt come to these clowns my knob would still be there. And the wash was like a 7/10, left some dirty parts inside and outside the car i made them clean up after they said it was “done”. Definitely never coming back or recommending this place to anyone.

Best full service car wash I've ever been to in my life! Worth the money. They got my car so clean ???. For years I would go to car washes and always have to re-clean my car when they were done. Not here. It looked dealership new ?
I got the $60 service.
