This is the closest Ralphs to my house, so I go here. This is despite the parking lot being a carnival of drug users and grifters. I know the manager can't do anything about this due to slotting and being part of Kroger but the displays are awful. It is very difficult to navigate the aisles because there are so many things on display. The variety of merchandise is not great, because it's a smaller store. I have to speed through produce so I'm not triggered by my idiot neighbors putting bananas in bags--and putting bags of bags into bags. Just a tip: maybe don't use 1,000 plastic bags in addition to your lack of reusable bags for your groceries? My reasoning for finally speaking out against this location is how awful the deli is. I get that the staff hate their lives. But the few times I've asked to have sliced cheese, I have gotten the worst treatment. Today I asked for cheese. The first person walked away. The second person asked me several questions and then said they can't offer that specific type (Gruyere, on the menu) for some reason that did not make sense to me. I would go to the nice Ralphs on Ventura, but since it's under construction and kind of a nightmare to get through Topanga, I'm forced to deal with the bad Ralphs and its nonsense.PS. Bring your own bags! Bring your own mesh bags for produce! Don't put bananas in plastic even if you are extremely horny for petroleum based products that are going to outlive you by 10,000 years.

this ralph's is in such a bad area but when i don't feel like going onto ventura i settle. well i was here today around 6:30-7:20pm & all i had to get where 2 alcoholic things. besides there being only 3 cashiers open & having lines running the entirety of the store, i was willing to tough it out because i was in a time crunch, little did i know the level of disrespect i was about to endure by 2 employees here. well to begin there was guy behind me that had a couple packs of water & a bottle of tequila (i had a bottle of vodka) which is why we were waiting in the long lines to see a cashier. well the little mexican guy at self checkout calls over the guy behind me & he states he has tequila with him & the mexican guy just shrugs it off. so naturally i follow to self checkout & i ask him can i also checkout the bottle of vodka & buzzball i had. he comes over to me in such a hostile manner & states no, self checkout is not for alcoholic beverages. he was about to snatch the bottle away from me so i pulled it out of his hands & went back to the line i was initially at which by this point had grown even more. so explain this is tequila just sour water now? & i never got the memo because last i checked it was alcohol so why did the little mexican guy who was on a power trip allow him to go through self checkout. is it because he was sexually attracted to him, because he was threatened by my presence or what? but not only did he waste my time he literally contradicted himself in front of me while trying to demean me. but i am trying to bite my tongue so i just went to the other line where i was rudely "helped" by sunny. when he scanned my items i inputted my phone # but it didn't ding or anything so i had no idea if it went through or not. so i asked him did it go through & he matter-of-factly pointed at the monitor & mumbled something. so i was like what? & he yelled at me through his mask DO YOU NOT SEE THE DISCOUNT. like i didn't know this is how you were suppose to treat paying customers but i guess that's the new norm. horrible experience here. save yourself the aggravation & just go to the one on ventura.

Very unsafe store. The management doesn't care about customer safety. Watched homeless man come in and literally punch a customer in the self check out the other night. Extremely horrifying...

My husband and I love this pharmacy. Feels like a neighborhood pharmacy even though it's inside a Ralphs. The staff is incredible and truly caring. Hardly every a line. Highly recommend.

I have time to spare before my shifts start at 7pm, so I stopped by. It was kind of busy. I went straight to the dairy department to pick up creamer. They were on sale. Cool. I looked around before going to the register and I find the store to be clean, fully stocked, organized and no clutter. Self check out was closed - probably they do that at night. But there were plenty of registers open. I was helped in no time. There is a Red Box outside on the left entrance. Plenty of parking.

I bought some chicken tenders today that were cooked and on the hot table with the rotisserie chickens. The date says Nov 8th todays date. Long story short. they tasted like chicken that has been in you fridge for a least 4 or 5 days. My stomach started hurting a couple minutes after I ate them. Yes, they tasted crappy, but I was hungry and was not going back out to the store. I just had explosive diarrhea, then threw up and feel like s**** Do not by prepared food from here. You have been warned!

This is a pretty good Ralphs, but it's a smaller one. For a 5-star, bigger Ralphs nearby, go to the one at Fallbrook/Victory. Much larger and a much bigger selection. Most of the employees are helpful and nice.

Ordered a party tray of sandwiches for a beach birthday party for 9:30 pick-up. We talked to the manager on the phone and put the order in with her, said it would be ready at 9:30am. We came to the deli and the worker said he didn't have any orders put in. We told him our name and the manager's name with whom we spoke. Still, "Yeah, she didn't tell us." He just kinda shrugged his shoulders. We're like, "Well... can you please make it then?" We got out of there at 10:20. 30 minutes late to our own party. What sucks is that we were going to go to Cavaretti's to begin with but they didn't open until 10a so we figured Ralph's would have to do. But as expected, they screwed it up. Things happen, I guess, but then, how are they accountable? Money off? Apologies? Nothing.

I put my phone down at the cash register to pay instead of my purse ( had no pockets) and the person behind me stole it. Tried to track it and ask for it to be returned mostly because all of my son's baby pics were not backed up very sad I lost them because ppl aren't honest or caring. It's so many bad ppl out there. course it didn't happen didn't get my phone back. shady ppl go to this Ralph's and even seen them running out of the store with stolen items and security chasing them. I need to go to a different one also lots of empty shelve spaces. And some items I need, not there
