My husband and I love this pharmacy. Feels like a neighborhood pharmacy even though it's inside a Ralphs. The staff is incredible and truly caring. Hardly every a line. Highly recommend.

This is a pretty good Ralphs, but it's a smaller one. For a 5-star, bigger Ralphs nearby, go to the one at Fallbrook/Victory. Much larger and a much bigger selection. Most of the employees are helpful and nice.
