Great prices. Friendly knowledgeable staff. My husband bought piping. Put in will-call supposedly. The same piping was sold to another customer. Surprised my husband when he went to pick it up and they didn't have it. Still without water at home.

After visiting 6 places and going online I finally went to the right place! I was in a hurry, I walked in, Jose got me what I needed & done. They know their products and great customer service. Would recommend Pyramid Pipe before you spend time in all the other supply stores. Thank you Jose!!!

I will never again purchase plumbing supplies from Home Depot or Lowe's. The folks at Pyramid know exactly what they're doing and carry superior products. I do just enough DIY to try to save some money and a resource like this being so close by is a game changer. I can't say enough good about the level of expertise and service I experienced here.

You know how everyone is always complaining about customer service going down the toilet? Well, if you want to know how a business should run, check out Pyramid. I was referred by my plumber on a remodel project and Jose was exceptionally amazing at helping me in countless ways. He made the experience wonderful with his patience, guidance and special ordering anything I needed. I can't say enough about this great company! Prices were fair, and I am a customer for life.

I walked in five minutes before the close on a Saturday to buy a water pressure regulator. Daniel was really nice enough to speak with my plumber over the phone and get us all the additional parts we needed to get the job done. He could've simply said I'm sorry we're closing, I can sell you the regulator but to get the additional parts it will take me over 15 minutes and we're closed. I would've understood; however, Daniel being the awesome gentleman he is, took the time and got me everything we needed.

One of the oldest plumbing supply houses in the valley. Great selection and they have what you need. Most of the staff is helpful and nice. The carry the hard to find parts for old fixtures and toilets. I strongly recommend going here for your plumbing supply needs especially if you are in the west side of the valley. Go in and ask for Gilbert, Jose,Gene and tell them I recommend you.
