I have been coming here for over 20 years. Gary, the owner, and his wife Ana, are both incredibly sweet, kind and hard working people. Gary is extremely honest and genuine. He is truly a Master at what he does. No matter what kind of condition your shoes are in, he will make them look better and fit better too! He is truly a "professional" in shoe repairing. I know whatever I bring to him, he will do an amazing job and his price will always be fair and reasonable. I have also brought a lot of clothes to Ana for either repair or dry cleaning. She is a great seamstress and can fix almost anything you bring to her. I highly recommend Professional Shoe Repair!

The two owners Gary and Ana are gems. I often go there either to dry clean, alter clothes or have shoes repaired. They are excellent at repairing anything: putting in insoles, heels, resoling shoes, repairing hems on pants, preserving wedding dresses, etc... i would highly recommend coming here with any shoe or clothing issue, and they will treat you right. One of the best places to go. ???????

I need to have my thigh high boots shortened. I've had this kind of boots alteration before so I know what the price range should be. Yelping online for a shoe repair in canoga park, and found this place. I first went to Fallbrook shoe repair and was given an exhorbitant price $120 to shorten the boots. That place was very dishonest. Went here and Gary did a good job for a reasonable price. Definitely recommend Professional shoe repair!

Brought in my boots for resoling. Owner gave me a great price compared to what other repair shops had quoted me, and included polishing and lining repair. The new soles were of a far higher quality than the originals. I dropped off the boots on Friday and was told they would be ready by the following Friday, but they were ready on Tuesday! Very speedy!

And that was very clean very nice and I didn't realize they had cleaners next-door well in the same shop but it was very expensive for the pair of shoes to be repaired but it and also take glued it they glued which looked a little lump!

This shoe repair is the best. Ana and her husband really do excellent work. She does the alterations and he the shoe repair. They know what they're doing and go beyond to make the customer happy. I've had many shoes resoled and colored, and the shoe looked like new! They can fix almost anything that needs repairing, including any piece of clothing you need done. The price is fair for the excellent work performed.I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants superior quality work. You will never go anywhere else after visiting Professional Shoe Repair. Come visit Ana in the alterations dept and watch how your clothes transform after she alters a piece of clothing. She is an artist with a needle. She can even create drapes or whatever you need her to do. The two nicest people to do business with anywhere in the West Valley.

One of our tango students recommended this little shoe repair shop because they did a superb job of completely refurbishing and re-soling a pair of dance shoes. So when my shoes needed leather heels to be put on so that I could use them on a dance floor, they did a beautiful job! They were ready as promised. We will return.
