I came in to return a shirt that didn't fit and was told there are no refunds. I was pointed to a sign that said no refunds and was told it says it on the receipt as well. I didn't see the sign last time but I do recall boxes being in the place of that area. The salesman didn't tell me there were no refunds when I bought the shirt, he also did not let me try it on in store because of "covid", I also didn't have the receipt because I didn't even buy it yet. So let me get this straight, I can't try on anything because of covid & if it doesn't fit I can't return it. Ridiculous. Now that we are here the salesman who sold me this was annoying, wouldn't let me look for sizes on my own, followed me around and said if the owner sees me doing that he'll get fired. So there's that to. I was informed the no refund policy is because people where the shirt to the game and return it the next day. Not the case with me, it was way too small but I wasn't allowed to try it on because of covid from 4 years ago. It's a $30 shirt. I want my money back. Give me my money back. You're just going to resell the shirt anyways since it is brand new. You're taking my money and now making more money off of it. Also what the hell is that, covid is such a big deal STILL to you guys that I can't try it on in store but I CAN take it home, try it on, and be told no returns only for you to turn around and resell it to someone else?!?! What a joke.

SO PISSED. When I walked into the store, I was looking for one thing, a Freddie Freeman jersey, got my size, bought it, and left. After I left, I realized that I did not need it and went to return it after seeing a movie with my friend. The cashier that helped me wasn't there and a guy was there and told me that they do not accept refunds. All they can do is get me a different size or a credit to the store, so I choose the credit. Not to mention the jersey was 147 DOLLARS including taxes. Just a heads up for anyone that buys anything from that store PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU REALLY NEED THE ITEM BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THIS STORE!!! The cashier didn't even tell me that they don't accept refunds. THIS STORE JUST TRYS TO STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!! For this, especially to a teenager, the cashier should have been the better person in warning me before I bought it and tell me that they do not accept refunds. The guy that told me that they do not accept refunds when I went to return it then pointed to a sign that they had which said that they do not accept refunds that is COMPLETELY OFF TO THE SIDE and hard to see. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SURE YOU WANT AN ITEM.

The freshest hat drops here... I'll be here almost every week for these fire hats! They also have awesome customer service and a very clean store. Everyone is welcoming and attentive.

So I went into Pro Image Sports in Topanga Mall to purchase a New York Giants Saquon Barkley jersey. I was purchasing it for my son whom was meeting me in Kansas City for the Monday Night Football game on November 1, 2021. The jersey did not fit, so he could not wear it on game day.Went back to the store and spoke to the store manager Jose, I asked for a refund and he informed me that they do not give refunds and that it is also stated on the receipt. I asked for the Regional managers name and he said there was no Regional manager. I asked for a name in Corporate he stated he did not have a name for a person in corporate.This is very suspect, how does a "store manager" not have a name of someone in Corporate or Regional that an upset customer can speak to or talk to about their refund policy.I have been in Customer service for over 30 years and a Director of a Fortune 500 company and regardless of what is stated in company policy the number one goal in customer service is to ensure the customer is satisfied so they will return and not tell 10 friends of their negative customer experience.Well I am telling you my closest 10 friends that will listen.WARNING!!! STAY AWAY FROM PRO IMAGE SPORTS IN TOPANGA MALL!!!!!After a day of doing research come to find out Jose is part owner. He never once mentioned that he only stated, "Go ahead and call Corporate." In my opinion this makes this whole experience more sinister. If the owner treats customers the way Jose did, there is no hope for this location hopefully the $164.25 is worth having unhappy customers NEVER going to visit or suggest this location to anyone that will listen.

The manager James is very disrespectful and has been accused of stealing from numerous customers. I have filed a formal complaint with the Pro Image Sports franchise for their shrewd behavior. This is completely unacceptable and tarnishing the reputation of this company. I wish I could give 0 stars this is totally unacceptable

Highly recommend. If ur looking for a gift or any sports gear for yourself, this is the place to shop. Great costumer service. James is amazing. Whenever I need a gift for my bf or godson he's has n knows exactly what to buy. They also ship as soon as u place ur order. My all time favorite sports store.
