This lender wasted 6 weeks to ultimately fail to provide anything of value or service. Despite allegedly having a background in appraisals he was only able to review subpar properties on Zillow and tell me those were comps. If I could give 0 stars I would.

We recently purchased a lake house and Rafael Islam and The Private Money Specialists were fantastic throughout the entire mortgage loan process. They were incredibly thorough and helped us find the perfect program for our needs. We never had any worries about the process or the interest rates. Rafael was always available to answer our questions and there were no surprises along the way. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Rafahael is the bomb ~ seriously, he is the epitome of professional, knowledgeable, great communicator and he will fight for you! ~ AND he delivers on what he promises (not common in the industry) Probably the main reason why I love him to death is he is Solution Oriented and where most loan officers quit ~ when the borrower does not fit in the square hole ~ and the loan requires extra work and getting creative ~ This is where Rafahael excels... He is committed to helping anyone, everyone have the opportunity and privilege of homeownership. Rafahael is who you need for an easy, fast and amazing experience as a borrower purchasing a property, refinancing, you name it. Rafahael Islam was absolutely amazing. I had a situation where my closing fell through last second and I was told (with no fault of my own) that the deal I struck was dead. I was in complete panic mode but my realtor found PMS and in particular Rafahael who was amazing figuring out a way to get the loan for my new home. Can't say enough good things about Rafahael and his commitment to helping me. Thank you again Rafahael ???

This is my first time using a private lender for funding. I had a complicated situation and Rafahael worked with me, walking me step-by-step through the process. He was quick to respond to emails and on top of pushing the process along. I appreciate his patience and professionalism....and most importantly, he got the job done! I could not recommend Rafahael Islam at Private Money Specialists more. Rafahael’s professionalism, work ethic, and responsiveness is unmatched. I highly recommend Rafahael Islam at Private Money Specialists for any home loans or refinancing you are contemplating. I wasted the entire summer dealing with another lender who failed to perform. Within weeks, Rafahael Islam and his team had my refinance fully funded and money in my hands! They were able to get me a lot more cash out than the other company also! I would never deal with any other company for any home needs. To top it off, Rafahael Islam is a great person, a genuinely nice guy. Do not hesitate. Try this company. You will be happy you did.
