I really love petco but I was a little pushed off my thrown. I went to the desk to book my dog Chanel s grooming appointment. I was told one price. But when I checked in to appointment the next day it was almost $50.00 more. I was upset about it. Because I had a number in my head to pay. BUT TALK ABOUT TURNING THINGS AROUND. THEY DIDCSUCH A GREAT JOB ON HER CUT AND SHE SMELLED SO GREAT. AND WAS SO CUTE. AND THEY HELPED WITH THE PRICE. I FEEL BETTER NOW THANK YOU. GROOMING TEAM. YOU ALL ROCK.

I just left this location. I had planned on buying some fish for my 30 gallon community tank. I was horrified by the conditions of the tanks. ALL OF THEM. They were BLACK WITH ALGAE. LIVE PLANTS WERE BLACK WITH ALGAE. When I asked for a goldfish for my 75 gallon tank the guy had the audacity to ask the standard questions. I know it’s part of their job but if you can’t keep your tanks clean and a healthy environment for the fish to live in, don’t ask me about mine. You guys should be reported for the conditions those tanks are in. I thought Petco was about Animals first? Definitely not displaying that here at Canoga Park

Very cute and friendly cats at this location waiting to be adopted. They usually have whatever I need but this time they were almost completely sold out of all cat flea products so we asked a worker for a general question about one of the products and they just responded telling us to look at the back of the product. Workers should be more knowledgeable about the products they are selling

Always get what I need. Pre-order and pay, so it's a quick pick-up. I get Phresh grass seed litter for my cats and it has been a game changer. They love it - no dust and easy cleanup.

We had appointment on Monday at 11am for grooming. When we showed up for the appointment we were notified that the groomer called in sick and they will call us to reschedule. We had made that appointment two weeks prior and Petco staff did not bother to call us with the matter. I've called a couple of times and got run around. Bad business and poor job. Thank you

Ethan is our regular groomer. He always does an amazing job with our dog Holly. I was pleasantly surprised when he texted me that he had a cancellation and could take Holly earlier yesterday. I was happy to take her in early. It's always nice to have consistency in grooming not only with the same style of grooming but with the same groomer. Our dog is very comfortable with Ethan and that is important to us.
