Lady on phone has no customer service, i called in morning to have bouqete delivered to someones birthday at 4:30 pm , they arrive at 5:25 pm super late , no heads up, courtesy call , ruined the suprise but i guess this what i get for looking at yelp ratings

I just received this gorgeous bouquet for my birthday from my son and his girlfriend. I couldn't be happier with how beautiful it is. Thank you Paradise Florist for making such a beautiful arrangement exactly how my son ordered it.

I called a few florists and unfortunately nobody picked up. I was happy that this florist did pick up that they told me what the estimated delivery cost would be upfront and they also made a custom bouquet with the recipient's favorite flowers.It was delivered within the hour that I ordered it, and the recipient was so touched.Prior to delivery, the florist sent me a picture of the bouquet. It's this kind of wonderful customer service that is sorely lacking and needs to be applauded.

Veronica is a sweet and professional person. I always can rely on her when I have and event coming up. She's my go to person when I need beautiful flowers. She is reasonable and works with your bought and does absolutely beautiful job. I'm always happy when I order from her. She did exactly what I wanted it. I had such an amazing experience at this family-owned business that I needed to write a review as soon as possible. I found this place because it was one of the few florists open on a Sunday, which is the first fantastic thing. Second, the service I received from the owner, Victoria, was superb. I told her what I was looking for and my budget, and she created a beautiful arrangement that I could not find at "Flowers.com." I know where I will be getting flowers from now on. If you need an arrangement, please check out this place!

Paradise flowers owner is amazing! She went above and beyond to make our wedding flowers memorable. All of our guests at our wedding kept on commenting on how beautiful our flowers were. We could not have done it with out Paradise flowers. If I could give it 6 stars I would. The owner not only set up flowers inside the venue, but helped add candles to make the venue look beautiful!! I read the reviews on Yelp and although it only had a few reviews, I decided to give this store a try. I gave few instructions as it needs to be bright, uplifting, and the flowers fresh. Because she has examples in her website, I mentioned some of the designs she has that would be perfect. I picked up the flowers, which were ready on time. She had 2 alternatives for me to choose from. These flowers were fresh. I didn't want to see a petal of wilt as it's an arrangement for a friend's mom who just moved into my friend's home yesterday for hospice care. This florist knew the assignment! I will definitely be buying from her again.
