This location doesn’t even deserve a star to be honest, let me start off by saying I spent three hundred dollars. I explained to Anthony that I had a few scratches that I wanted to buff out so I asked him to please come check out my car and he suggested the scratch and eraser kit he also suggested the perfect match paint I did everything properly as instructed in the box and it didn’t work. I went back inside to inform him that it didn’t work and I wanted to return it for a different one and then he said let me talk to manager then his manager Victor comes out and starts asking me questions in a condescending manner and refused to give me a return on the kit. Don’t know why he was so rude and quick to shut me down customer service is not his strong trait

Victor is the Man, after a bad experience at auto zone where no employee could tell me info on a jet ski battery and just stared at me with the I don't know and I don't care Victor came thru with his knowledge and hooked me up.

First time visiting today. What a great experience. Got there right at open and the person behind the counter greeted me and asked if I needed help. Described what I was looking for and two minutes later I was out the door. I love people like that! Thanks for making it easy! I'm horrible with cars.

Got hung up on twice after hanging out on hold. Store doesn’t carry oil that website says is available in store (same problem at another O’Reilly’s). No choice but to go with Amazon.

I have come here the last 6 months purchasing 15w50 with a price match from Napa auto. Never had an issue it's a local store near O'Reillys. I have two receipts of price matching me in the past with monthly specials. He pretty much told me to kick rocks. The guy is extremely ghetto and looks like he changes blinker fluid. Victor was by far the worst customer service I have ever been dealt with. We had spoken about him moving to Vegas Vegas in the past and he pretended like he didn't know what I was talking about. The guy was just terrible from start to finish if I could call cooperate I would negative stats will NEVER come back here again Some manager Victor -5 stars I legit have the receipt of both transactions in the past and today I guess he was just upset with his life and wouldn't help me sad day people like him are what's wrong with today
