Extremely unprofessional, not helpful, poor customer service, lack of communication between staff, representatives do not listen to your concerns, and are extremely and utterly disorganized. Have lost a few prescriptions more than once.

Horrible company. They do not follow my dad doctor's ordered by fax to them several time. They have been giving him WRONG MEDICATION AT WRONG TIME OF THE DAY AT THIS ASSISTED LIVING! I will make sure they will be investigated. Also, I will take a legal action. I have asked my dad to take photos of meds he is given.
