If James and staff at My Car Auto can do it, they’ll do it as well as anywhere else, for as affordable a price as you’ll find, and with more integrity than most. I’ve never felt more comfortable dropping my car for service, nor more confident picking it up, than I do here. My family brings our cars here for 10+ years and will go out of our way to do so.
I can’t recommend anyone higher.

Service was excellent. My catalytic converter was stolen and having a 2013 Prius, I was afraid of how long I'd be without a car. The had my car ready in 2 days. The repair was even lower than the insurance had appraised ahead of time by a few dollars. Proof the pricing is incredibly fair, and honest mechanic is hard to find, come to My Car Auto Center!

I've been coming to James for my 2008 Acura for over 6 years now. I don't trust any other mechanic to even look at my truck. James and his crew are professional, fair, honest and highly skilled. He's kept my truck on the road and keeps money in my pocket. I'm extremely grateful to him for the work he's done on both my cars and for the excellent customer service. I look forward to driving this vehicle with his serving for at least another 150,000 miles.

I’m so disappointed owner’s behavior. I don’t understand how this place has high reviews. He doesn’t accept appointment and asked me to come early in the morning around 8am when the shop opens. So I went early. But his attitude was the same. He cannot say how long it will take until he take a look at the car. Of course he need to look at it first. But there are several cars are ahead so he can see my car after 3 hours. Then why he asked me to come that early? When shop opens. Terrible place. I never go back this place. I warn everyone. Don’t go there! I swear you will feel bad.

The owner had a doctor’s appointment and had to leave early, and mechanics could not do invoice, so I had to return the next day. Besides this minor glitch, I would definitely return for the future and recommend this auto shop to others. Had I not gone there during my lunch break and must return to work, thus needed my car, I would have stayed for additional service such as tire rotation. This is one of the best auto repair shops I have been to. The local weather was bad: it was 90 degrees in mid October, so I would not recommend you wait there when your car is serviced like I did, instead, drop off your car when you can.Service: Oil change

Mr Kim worked on our car and he did a wonderful job overall. He is honest and does not suggest other unnecessary work but instead he does check above and beyond the scope of what you came in for. I already knew that my old 4Runner is overdue for some TLC and he found the work I know it needed. He fixed extra things he noticed that was not working and didn't charge me extra for them. He proactively looks for alternatives to help his clients out instead of up charging for unnecessary replacements. He will salvage what he can and will suggest if it still doesn't work; then he will recheck later. He is awesome. He makes sure the vehicle is safe and his clients are satisfied with the work.

When you want an honest mechanic and you want satisfaction guaranteed, rest assured James and his crew will do the job. Hands down the person to treat you well without having to gouge you from exorbitant work and the surprises are In Your favor. I almost don't want to not make this review because I am afraid he might get too busy to cater to all but man he deserve all praises for being so good to us. Just down the street from us and we've been going to people who he had to correct their work. Thank you James. Our 4Runner is purring happily.
