This is the second time I have come to pay my phone Here. The first time, it took 1 hour wait and today 1 hour and 5 min . This is too much. Too slow. Very very slow. I don't recommend this location to pay your phone unless you want to be there for a long, long time.

The person who answers was talking on the phone and he never answered me. More people arrived and he never took it into account. When we entered, he spent more than 15 minutes and never stopped talking.

They are incredibly there they are really helpful and help you with getting you the best deals and actually assist you with your needs questions and concerns taking there time to explain to you everything if you don't understand them .... I absolutely recommend this metro best in the San Fernando valley....

Jocelyn was easy to talk to, really attentive ,quick and on it, appreciate the easy help and comforting environment. The rest of the staff was awesome too, highly recommend going to her for immediate help !

Dont Go Here.. I Repeat Dont Go Here... If you like to get embrace just go.. Manager Silvia is super mean. Went to get TMobile Tuesday's Mug and she said im not a Metro Tmobile Customer therefore she cant give me a mug But T-Mobile Tuesday app shows that i can go to Meteo T Mobile store. I really hope Owner of this store will see this. They are not even busy at the store. Not a single customer. #Tmobile #MetrobyT-Mobile #T-Mobile

This place sold me an insurance plan that was already included in my 50$ for the past 7 months they have been charging me 60$ And told me it was for insurance I have filed a complaint with metro pcs and better bbb you should be ashamed.

This place is the worst. They sold a phone to a good friend of mine named Alexander and defrauded him.I'm going to be reporting this location both to corporate and the BBB as well as any other reporting agencies possible.@the owner of you want to make this right you have one more opportunity before this gets dragged through every single review page like yelp as well as local news and media

UPDATE: The owner of the store replied to my review as you can see below, but did not provide an email or phone number to reach out to or any solution to fix the actual problem this is an empty useless reply. If anything it adds insult.Fraudulent scam store. I've been a client of metro PCs for at least 7 years and this location is the worst out of all of them including other states.I bought a phone here and it was sold to me broken, when I called they said they won't take it back. I called customer support and they said they have to take it back.I again called back to this store and they said they still won't.Now another call to corporate and they asked me to go to the corporate store which is an hour round trip from my house.They wouldnt take it back either, told me they would call the store I bought it at and have the owner call me since it was franchised.I have 2 phone numbers but neither have been called.This place is corrupt and crooked. Probably going to have to report it as fraud to my bank.These types of business practices are extremely dishonest.
