Got a crystal sphere from them today. When removing the price tag, noticed a big crack hidden right under it. Can’t find a receipt, will try to return it. I just think it’s very low to hide cracks under the tags

I love this store! I've been going there for about 5 years and I like that they have improved in their clearance section as far as organization goes.
I always find great stuff at awesome prices.
I prefer to shop in the morning than in the afternoons or weekends just because it's my thing. But at any time the atmosphere is great and the cashiers and floor clerks always make it a great shopping experience for me. I hope they continue their great customer service because it's the reason why I keep shopping their store. If that factor was missing, shopping online would be the solution, but that I personally profoundly dislike.
I like to be able to hold my items before I actually pay for them.
My favorite part is that they don't have self check outs!! Yay!! They actually hire people to do their customer service! Which is great!! I hope they continue this great tradition of people helping people.
I love Marshalls & HomeGoods ? and can't wait to be able to shop their Halloween ? Collection!!

Had the worst experience shopping here. I’ve given this store many chances and this is the final one. Cashiers are always rude and distracted. My cashier carried on a personal conversation with the cashier next to her. There is a specific cashier that i’ve noticed always gives looks and will laugh in belittlement to customers with a language barrier. I always dread having to pay for the reason of having to deal with slow cashiers with attitude. I requested a price adjustment on two items I purchased, making sure to point out the defects on the item to the manager but then had issues when I tried to return the item. Tags were attached, I was within the return time frame and items were exactly as purchased but was accused of lying and my return was denied. Despite explaining my experience and explaining what I was told from the manager who assisted me that day I was given contradicting information from another manager when returning the item. There is no professionalism what so ever.

They price items with stains and rips at a high price.
Be careful before you buy because after you pay for it they won’t admit to stains and flaws and won’t give you full refund.!!!
Don’t come here, Learned my lesson!!! Plus all the managers are always in a bad mood! My favorite managers left and they hired younger, unprofessional, irresponsible, no ethics, and rude new managers!!

This place is a great place to find anything you may need and stuff you don't need.
Soo much beautiful and sale priced stuff. I found exactly what I needed. It nicely played out in the store.

Nice name brand clothing, face masks, high quality lotions, purses, men's clothing, kids toys, shoes, candles, furniture and my favorite, snacks! It always nicely stocked and full of people here. It's a fun place to go shopping and zone out. I love that they have Harry and David Carmel gourmet popcorn, sweet onion chips, fancy teas, dried pastas, cookies, truffles. They are always bringing in new items and having sales. Customer service is always pretty nice here too. They have a bathroom inside for Customers, it's not the cleanest but it's nice to have one in store. So come ready with your wallet, walking shoes and hand sanitizer here, be prepared to find a little of everything!
