I truly believe there are angels on earth & Cam is one of them. I was at a nearby post office to return & ship 2 large boxes containing a table set I purchased from Amazon. After dragging 1 of the 2 boxes into the post office by myself, I was told they cannot ship it due to size & weight.
At this point I was at my wits end after having gotten the run around all afternoon. The post office employee suggested I walk over to The Mail Shoppe across the street because they offer UPS shipping amongst other services.
Thank God I did! After explaining my dilemma, Cam said he could help me. He loaded & unloaded my 2 boxes & proceeded to assist me. A few more glitches occurred that were out of our control (too much to write).
Thank you again Cam & The Mail Shoppe for your patience and kindness. You were a godsend & went above & beyond to help me.???

Beware that your fax may not go through. I came to this store to fax over some important documents and was assured that they would be received on the other end. However the organization did not receive. No problem, I called the man who helped me here, to kindly let him know there may be some sort of issue and to request even a partial refund (ridiculously I paid $20) for a fax. Instead he very rudely said that he would not be refunding my money told me to have a nice day and hung up. I attempted to give a smaller business a try and was even willing to pay a ridiculous fee of $20 for faxing a packet, unfortunately this business was not a good experience and the follow up was the worst part!

You know those shops and owners that truly care about the community and their customers ? That’s what this shop represents. Needed adjusting on one of my motorcycle keys since it didn’t go completely in and The Owner trimmed my key down and made it work perfectly. So happy with the hospitality and service. Thanks again.

Excellent customer service! Always a pleasant environment. Kamron is very efficient and always makes sure every customer is satisfied. You can get everything you need at this one stop mail shop including getting keys made. I will not go anywhere else. Always an amazing experience when I pick up my mail!

Excellent service today. Very helpful. Someone kept stealing my mail from my mailbox so I joined mail shopIt saved my life and my mail. Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha.You have the keys made there and you can also ship anything anywhere in the world love this place. Thank you.
