Shit service terrible products no customer service anywhere to be found. It's on its way to being the new Mervyns of its day. I use to love this store now I'm moving to Nordstroms because everything is better there.

I'm a little confused and extremely shocked over what I just witnessed at this location. Why is it that Macys management is allowing their security to get physical with a teenager over a sweatshirt ?? I was just there with my two toddlers and I felt sick to my stomach having to witness Macys security getting physical with literally bunch of children. Don't you have better protocols in place???? First of all, why are you putting the lives of other people in danger as a bunch of people are throwing fist at each other including your security that caused the escalation??? This is wrong on many levels. Strategize better ways to protect your assets!! God know Macys is a multi mialionar company that can afford better training for his security and assets protection employees. This is ridiculous. If I ever see another grown man putting his hands on a little kid I will get involved I don't care how wrong shoplifting behavior is .. your employee cannot put his hands on children. They are not the police! Find better ways... please!

I came to your store on Black Friday, which isn't my ideal time due to the crowds. This experience wasn't didn't turn out as bad as I thought. In fact the two employees in the bedding department upstairs made my visit a very good one. I want to thank Jennifer in the bedding and sheets department for helping me pick out the perfect sheets that I needed. She walked around with me and suggested top rated sheets & offered her opinion. I also want to give a huge thanks to Marie Rose. I told both ladies that I was disabled and couldn't carry out the items that I purchased because they were too heavy, Marie Rose tried to call Security to help me out to my car with my heavy comforter that I just bought but unfortunately, Security didn't answer. Marie Rose took an extra step and decided she would help me out to the car and assist me carrying my heavy items that I just purchased. That type of customer service goes over and beyond her job title & I appreciate her kindness. I really appreciate both ladies, they made my black Friday shopping experience a good one..

Macy's is a pretty cool store, but the only thing I don't recommend is customer service! We went here yesterday to return some shoes.I had to wait in a line for a VERY long time to get to the return counter. While I waited, I watch a customer talk to the cashier about a checkout. The cashier wasn't being helpful, friendly, or accommodating to the customer who reports a problem.I felt bad for the customer! When I got there, they told me, "This is not the counter to return shoes."Really? This is the only counter at the store that says 'Returns'! And after the wait in the long line, I was confused! So I went to the checkout desk at the shoe section. As you probably guessed, they pushed me down to ANOTHER desk! "This is not the counter to return shoes." The cashier at the desk told me.How many times would I have to go to different counters around the store? Finally, I reached the counter the cashier at the second counter told me to go to.There was another long line. I was still very upset about having to be tossed around by cashiers at different counters.I was able to make the return, but my experience was awful.

This is my second favorite branch of Macy's in the valley, my first being the Macy's in Sherman Oaks and my last being the Macy's in Northridge. The customer service is mostly fine. They usually have a good variety of women's clothes and underwear as well. Clothing items have become expensive post-covid, but sometimes they pleasantly surprise you with huge discounts at the register. Sometimes, specially during sales the store can get really disorganized. Another big issue is long register lines. Are they understaffed?

The workers here either need to be retrained or need to take courses in retail 101 came here with my wife to buy a makeup pen and the associate named Saba at the makeup department gave us the run around as to why we cant use our macys card at a specific register she brought us too I worked at Macy's for 12 years prior to Covid19 happening and I don't recall the last time we are not allowed to use our Macys card at a shoe department register rather than a makeup counter register. Clearly seems like a lot of places went downhill after Covid I should've gave my business elsewhere.

I had the worst experience today in the Shoe Department! With a very unhelpful, rude and useless worker named Ethan. He had the worst attitude and was being a smart ass when asking for help. As he passed I asked if he worked there so that he can help me and he said No, even tho he had a badge on. Minutes later he went to go help another customer that walked in and totally ignored me. Worst customer service ever! I'm not happy with the service there at all. When confronting him he just stared at me like a dumbass. I walked out and took my service some where else. Idk what king of people they hire now days but this guy is incompetent at his job.

Apparently, this is the line for a fast and convenient online pickup. The sign must read "No one is at your service" instead of "At your service". They have slowest, unprofessional, and very aggressive workers. I believe, no one love to work here, they don't smile at all. It looks like everyone owes them something. Not a good experience.

I visited Macy's for a quick, impulsive buy on a pair of dressy shoes. I couldn't fid my size, so I asked a nearby staff member, who directed me to another staff member who was not present. A second redirect took another 15 minutes, and finally a staff member was able to help me out. I ended up finding a pair that fit though the journey was anything but that. The first two staff members that redirected me stood there doing nothing the entire time, while a few had their hands full... a stark contrast. Paying was also a pain as they tried to charge me $120 when the listed price online was $60. Overall, I find this Macy's location unreliable and and a hassle to shop at.

Gotta love browsing Macys every now and then. This place has a great selection of clothing, jewelry, apparel etc. Prices here are great. This location has been here for a while and they have a large parking area adjacent to the store. There is parking on both levels. This location is usually pretty clean and bright. Employees are generally helpful and nice. I think they need more security presence though. These are definitely crazy times right now and retail theft in Southern California is and has been out of control.Happy shopping and stay safe everyone...

This location is CLOSED. Macy's was the anchor store and its moved to the westfield up the street. Now this mall feels like it is ready to be used for a zombie movie set.

I wish I could give them negative stars. I purchased $5,000.00 worth of furniture on July 25th. Today is September 3rd and I have still not received the correct side rail for my daughter's bed. My daughter has been sleeping on a slanted bed since then, the Macy's delivery driver actually used styrofoam as a quick fix while we waited for the right part to be delivered. We are still waiting. The second time the delivery team came they brought the wrong part again, that was over 2 weeks ago with no contact at all from Macy's. I have never experienced customer service like this at all. Macy's will take your money and that's it. I will never buy furniture from Macy's again.

We bought a duvet and duvet cover from here and had a hard time purchasing everything in the end. My card was not getting approved (I have a security hold on my credit to prevent identity theft). Unfortunately we could not get a reject option so we spent over 30 minutes waiting for the processing which never happened. My boyfriend ended up buying the items in the end. I wish we could have just been rejected in the beginning so that we could have saved a lot of time! I told the sales person I didn't think the card would open easily and I was right in the end. My boyfriend could have bought everything as soon as we knew I could not open a card. We wanted the additional 15% discount but if we knew it was this tedious to open a card (or not open a card) we would have never tried to open a new account. My time is $$$!!!!
