Don't ever shop here! I made my first purchase here a button down blouse and I even told the the cashier employee #021083 found her employee ID on my original receipt (since she didn't want to give me her name when she found out I'd be contacting corporate.)When I bought the blouse I told her since they were closing and I didn't want to hold up the fitting rooms I didn't try the blouse on she said "it's ok you can exchange or get store credit if it doesn't work out " she was somewhat nice that day lol... so I went home and decided to take it back since it was too small when I tried it (with tags). When I tried to return it same employee and her rude "manager" Melissa accused me of it being worn they had me wait at the register for a while while they talked about it lol (they have a fitting room and another guest might've tried it on?!) I said how is that possible when it had all tags on. They said the fabric looked weird on the arms and Its funny because I was warned by many people about this store about the rude staff, the horrible policy ( even tho I'm completely fine with store credit never wanted my money back I was totally fine with store credit ) oh and the horrid quality ! Also I do have to mention their fitting rooms are disgusting and the curtains don't close all the way ! And people can totally see you which is so horrible! Anyways this review is solely for the concept because I could care less about losing out on 14 bucks on a blouse it's just so others don't waste their money or time in this wannabe Forever 21 with some rude unprofessional staff ! No wonder there's never a line and the store is dead all the time lol

This company is ran by a President Peter. He has allowed his Mother, Tami, to come into one of his establishments and be blantly disrespectful towards employees. She would blantly Racist stating 'her lighter skinned employees worked harder than her darker skinned employees.' Her statement was not only made in front of all of us as we shopped. I spoke with an employee about it and she mentioned how she has already reported the lady to Human resources whom did nothing about the situation. More employees need to grow a back bone and speak up so things like this don't get brushed off. Barely above minimum wage is not worth any sort of belittlement. This company wants to be the next Fashion Nova or Papaya, when it's all ran on dirty, racist greed. And continues to be kept up by those who are blinded by this. Do not waste your money, time, or energy with this establishment.

I shop for the clothes. Some of the worst and most passive service in the mall. I have NEVER been greeted and i come in twice a week. Theyre not knowledgable abouy product. Most of them spend their time behind cash wrap. I sure would love a smile that says im not inconviencing anyone that works here.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I will never buy anything from them ever again and I will be warning others as well! THEY HAVE A HORRIBLE RETURN POLICY (you cannot return anything that was bought online to one of their branches...meaning it can ONLY be SHIPPED back at your own cost). They are stealing your money this way so do not shop here!! I will be expecting a FULL refund and NOT store credit, as that is not mentioned on the return policy in the website. THIS POLICY OF THEIRS IS RIDICULOUS
