I placed an order on 9/26, as of today I have not received my order. When I call customer service and request a call back I get hung up on. I have called 4 times, I just need to know my shipment status. I have called, gone online to their website and I have emailed them. I cannot get any response. I will not order from this company in the future.

I went to purchase a gift and she trying to sell me the most expensive one and i asked her give me time to look at all your products,,i choose one for $30, in register she charged me super cold and i said thanks, no answer at allSuch a unprofessional lady ,,i try to purchase from on line sice now.

Came in Veterans Day around 11. I don't really know much about the brand other than religiously using the popular Shea hand cream. So I stopped by to buy a cream and asked about other creams possibly body creams. The girl kept trying to sell me the holiday packages, and I kept telling her I needed for a regular gift not holiday, told me if I spent 100 then I get a gift. Okay cool? I asked what else is similar to that hand cream that's for body or face? She said "ummm yeah we have this one it comes in a package ( again the Christmas one). Look you get three creams that are usually 12 each. Ummm yah." So I went over to the balms and asked if they were like chapsticks or colored, she said she liked them, but it depended on me. I asked about the lip scrub, she said ummm not crazy about them I like lush more... ( seriously lush? You guys hire people that shop at lush? My 12 yr old niece shops there!). She def didn't get a single hint I literally asked this girl about every product... bought the hand cream and went to buy a perfume as a gift as I'm checking out she keeps telling me to go to sephora upstairs, and I repeatedly tell her I'm going to go to Nordstrom instead it's okay, thank you. Wouldn't have written this review had I not mentioned to my friend that I really didn't find anything, and she told me allllll about the body cremes and serums and how she absolutely loved the almond line. Let me try her stuff at her house so I immediately went online and purchased instead. cmon guys hire some competent classy people, your products aren't cheap. Aren't your associates supposed to up-sell and take my money?

So the employees were awkward and couldn't tell me much about their products. But anyway I bought something and it made my skin break out.(I don't break out usually) I called and asked if I could exchange or return they said yes but when I went I couldn't cause it was a sale item? Fine, but I won't be shopping here anymore. I don't want to spend money to experiment with my skin just for it to break out again. I got one other thing that isn't a sale item and it leaves a residue on my face. Pass on this product, especially if it comes to something sensitive like your skin. There are many more skin brands to choose from. Explains why the store was completely empty when I went in. The reviews down below are most likely fake is what I think.

I personally have really dry skin and I wasn't sure where to go my friend recommended this location and I decided to give it a try. I got a warm welcome from the gentleman named Salar, and he right away assisted me. He asked me if I use the products before and I didn't so he knowledges me on the product. He asked what type of problems I was having and recomennded the product that best suited me ( Cool Clear Hydration ) I think the name was. He also gave me a couple samples to try out their other products. Can't wait to go there again.

I had a great experience. When I got there I was approached by Salar. He was super helpful and assisted me on getting the right product for my skin. He was very knowledgable with the product line which was very helpful. He told me which products would work better for me. Overall I had a great experience at this location very helpful employees.

I usually go to this specific store around 5-6pm and the ladies that work there are usually super nice and the best in customer service. I believe their name are Maria and Christina. They were very young but they were amazingly knows all the products, understand what's going on with the offer and certain discount that's going on with the company. When I went there yesterday during 4pm, I asked for Christina and it turned out she wasn't there yet until later. There were 3 ladies inside the store, none of them seemed interested to help me, and when I told them I receive an offer for 20% of any purchase and I should get the gift set with my purchase they asked me to show the offer. I gave them the offer and it had the code in it. And they said I shouldn't receive the gift package and I could only get the discount. She started not to be patient with me and she asked her manager and the manager read it, didn't seemed to understand what's going on and she sided with her employee. She even asked me why I asked for Christina earlier? Did Christina tell me something different? I said: the reason I asked Christina because I know she works on Friday and she helped me a lot, and she was very nice. As a manager she shouldn't ask that kind of question to me as her customer, she suspicious of me and Christina (???). In the end, I didn't buy the products I chose, the lady that helped me was so angry with me because I cancel it. I said I will either do it online or I can go to the one in Calabasas. She told me it's going to be the same answer. I tried to buy online earlier and I got everything. The 20% diacount PLUS the free gift package of my choice plus some more samples. I hope as the manager and someone that works to represent the company, please be nice to others even when they don't buy anything from you. Know all the offers, understand the products, and not just do 'whatever'
