The worst service ever! I came up to the store, was looking for hat I found on website. Salesman told me they don’t have it in stock, so i have to place an order and wait. After 5 DAYS waiting for the order I found out no package!Emphasizing I’ve paid additional 10$ for fast delivery and it was ordered exactly to my apartment! Instead I’ve noticed delivery just left it at the reception so my package was already stolen.And don’t tell me it’s problem of building management. I know this problem, i completely recognize where I live that why order was exactly to my apartment! And now they just ignoring me!Never gonna order here again or recommend to somebody!

Terrible customer service. Employees roaming around doing nothing and when gets busy still does nothing to help. I get that its holiday season but stop hiring employees that do nothing...mostly speaking about short Asian girl with long ass fake eyelashes she is useless.

Today my husband and I attempted to return a hat that was purchased 9/3 at the Northridge location. The Woodland Hills location is less than 10min from our home. There was one associate working at the time, a bit after 10:40am. We provided the ORIGINAL receipt and hat. The associate then attempted to pull up the transaction, I say attempted because at some point he asked if we exchanged the hat, to which we replied no. He claimed he could not locate the hat, only another hat for a different size, which made no sense. I took the receipt, pointed out to him the hat ID number on the receipt matches the same ID on the hat tag. I did not understand how he was not pulling over different info. He claimed there was nothing he could do and suggested we go back to Northridge. I felt like he thought me and my husband were trying to scam him, which pissed us off. We drove to Northridge, it took the associate a minute to complete the return. After the return was completed , I questioned the ability to complete a return at ANY Lids location, to which I already know the answer is YES, she confirmed. I quickly explained the issue in WH, the associate indicated he probably entered the receipt number incorrectly. Basic POS 101, double check what you entered. Now, on 9/3 my husband and I were at the WH Lids location shortly after 10am, to make a purchase, the store was CLOSED. We walked around, assuming someone is late for work, went back at 10:30am, the store was STILL CLOSED. Keep in mind the mall opened up at 10am and the Lids website also said 10am. We had to drive to the Northridge location to make a purchase. Today was the second time the WH location inconvenienced my husband and myself, along with making us feel like we were doing something wrong. Customer service is horrible. Will NEVER go back to this location. Lids company needs to train their staff on how to use their POS system and how to interact with guest.

My experience at lids in topanga was amazing. Marco was so helpful. He immediately greeted us and helped us pick out the perfect hat. He had great customer service. I will definitely be back.

I got my items and was ready to make my purchase. The male representative then asked me how I will be paying? I answered with a credit card. The representative stated cash only in a very rude tone like he was talking to me on the streets now I get that hood s*** outside of a professional environment but when you are representing a brand or a company you need to hold their values and this individual failed to do so. They could have stated the reason why he is only accepting cash at that time I was about to make my purchase at 6:35pm. The representative could have simply stated that they are only taking cash at this time since they are about to close the store soon. I would have understood and left the place without being upset instead this individual had to act unprofessionally and ruin my experience sorry lids you lost my business at this location thanks you for the s*** experience today. :/

Came here to buy my dad's Christmas gifts and I left regretting that decision. 3 things I think anyone even considering to visit should note: 1. No one working there is controlling the volume of people within the store. When I stopped by, the people inside far exceeded the # permitted on their store window (which, if I remember correctly is 3 bc of how small the shop is). I decided to wait until the people before me finished their transactions before entering, but multiple people passed before me without a care. 2. From the 3 employees inside, only 2 wore masks. The woman at the cashier had her mask scrunched under her chin (which I don't understand??? You have the mask, why not just wear it properly???) and she scratched her face before bagging my hats. 3. The staff is rude. While ringing my purchase, the same woman who didn't know how to wear a mask kept repeating how she would never spend more than $40 on hats and asking who spends that much on hats. I mean... me, obviously? I go to Lids because they carry the only style of hats my dad wears. I don't mind spending a little extra as long as he's happy with his hats, plus he usually wears them until they're all gross and needs new ones. But my experience at this store? I think I'll stick to online shopping from now on (which I didn't do because shipping is laggy around this time). The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because they have a good variety of options and the other 2 people working there were actually nice. Came here January 31st hoping to get our hats embroidered, but found a sign saying they won't be doing it until next Thursday (Feb 6) Came back 1 week later (as their sign requested) only to be greeted by a man who said they don't do it anymore. LOL. What a joke. Ya'll ain't even paying for it. The employees are just lazy and don't wanna honor what's supposed to be a nationwide gift from LIDS itself. Employees acting like this is coming out of their paycheck. This is to honor the GOAT. If you didn't want to honor it in the first place, then you shouldn't have posted signage asking customers to come back. Oh and here's the best part: all their Lakers hat went from $20-$25 to $35-$50. (See video attached)

I came in to do a return/ exchange and Ariel was there to assist me. She brought down all the dodger hats in my size to make sure I was satisfied with my hat.I appreciate her taking the time and having patience with me and not being annoyed to do so. Left with my perfect hat thanks to Ariel at topanga lids
